Patton

(Dream)

I walked downstairs and saw everyone watching movies, having fun.

"Hey guys!" I greeted. None of them looked.

"Guys?" I asked. No response. I walked in front of Patton. I waved my head in front of his face.

"Pat?" I asked feeling scared. Nothing. No Response. I stood in front of the TV waving my hands.

"Guys? Come on is this some prank?" I asked. An uneasy feeling settled in my stomach. I sat in front of Y/n

"Come on, please stop whatever this is. I'm getting scared please" I begged her. She didn't turn. It was like I was invisible. I threw a pillow on the floor. They just ignored it. Tear started welling up in my eyes.

"WHY CAN'T YOU SEE ME?!" I screamed in their faces. I felt like I couldn't breath and sunk to the ground in a ball.

"Why can you see me?" I whispered sobbing on the floor.

(Dream Over)

I bolted straight up scaring Patton beside me.

"Are you okay Cher?" Patton asked putting a hand on my shoulder. I shook my head and felt a sob come out of my throat. Patton wrapped his arms around me.

"It's okay. Let it all out Buttercup" Patton comforted me. I wrapped my arm's around his and cried. I was still scared. I almost never get nightmares. Patton rubbed my back and told me to breathe. I was calmed down enough to talk after a while of crying.

"Let's go make some hot chocolate okay? Then you can tell me all about what happened" Patton told me. I nodded. Patton kissed my cheek and we went downstairs. I noticed it was three in the morning almost. Patton told me to sit on the couch while he made some Hot coco. I nodded and sat down before clutching a pillow to my chest. I wiped any remaining tears away and sat back. Patton came back with two mugs.

"Now, do you wanna tell me what happened?" He asked handing me the cup. I took it in both hands and nodded while taking a sip.

"I had this terrible n-nightmare Pat. I was invisible to everyone. Even Y/n, even you. I've never felt that alone before. It was scary." I told him. He looked at me sadly before throwing an arm over my shoulders. I scooted closer and leaned my head on his shoulder.

"I am so sorry you had a nightmare, Cher. I promise you that you will never be invisible because any room you go into, you shine. So bright. I promise. You will never be invisible to us" Patton told me.

"I- thank you Pat. It means a lot to me." I told him kissing his cheek. I took another sip of hot coca that when down my throat nicely. It warmed my stomach when I drank it.

"Of course! Anything for my buttercup" Patton told me rubbing my arm. I blushed a little and Patton turned on some cartoons. We finished our coca and I put the cups in the sink. I flopped back on the couch with Patton and felt tired. I wrapped my arms around his waist and rested my head on his torso. He smiled and wrapped an arm around me. I closed my eyes and before I knew it I was asleep with no nightmare thankfully.

Virgil and Noah walked down to see Patton and Cherry asleep cuddling on the couch.

"Hey, we do that all that all the time and we're not dating, yet" Noah said pointing to the pair on the couch.

"But ugh you're right" Virgil mumbled.
