As Cress headed to the cockpit to get the last crate of medicine, Thorne, slipped his arms around her small waist.

"Ah! Thorne! Are you trying to make me have a heart attack?!?" Said the small blond girl.

"Well, to be completely honest, i wanted to scare you but, at the same time hug you. Because my arms were feeling lonely and empty." He whispered into her right ear. Making her whole body shiver and make her blood rush into her cheeks.

"Huh, I thought sleeping with you would be enough for you. But I guess I was wrong." Cress responded .

"Cress?" Asked the captain.

"Yes?" She said while turning her whole body to face Thorne's face and placed her soft and delicate hands over his shoulders.

"What if... What if, you, me ... Uh, get married after all of this is over?" He asked sheepishly.

"Are you serious?" She asked once again.

"Yes. I mean, I get it. If you are not ready for the commitment it wouldn't hurt me. I just wanted to let you know that after almost a year and a half that we have been dating, I have been thinking about this. I just don't want any other man or Lunar to take you away from me, because I love yo-"then Cress interrupted him with a soft, delicate, yet passionate kiss. After a minute or so she parted her lips from his and inhaled air.

"Carswell, I would love to marry you, I also wouldn't want another brat or Lunar to take you away from me." She replied.

With such happiness, Thorne took Cress up in the air and spun her around.

Interrupting their moment of joy, a message chimed in. When Thorne brought Cress back down, she headed towards the comm and unlocked it.

"Who is it from?" Asked her fiancee .

"Kai. He says he will be going back to Luna to check on Cinder to dee how her ruling is going." She said.

" Tse, Cinder is a big girl, she can take care of herself, I mean after we've been through, she was able to do extraordinary things. So I have no idea why Kai is checking on Cinder if she can handle things herself? "

"Aww," said Cress, if i didnt knew better I would say that you are a bit jealous because Kai probably went up there to skip or miss your birthday party, and that he can take her anywhere she wants to without worrying. " She stated.

To his surprise, Cress was right. Was he an open book or somethin'?
