Chapter nine

A/n pov

(In case you don't remember last time.....just kidding go read the last chapter.)

We see the closed eyes of y/n. He has them closed because a couple of seconds ago he was about to die but now he's confuse.

Y/n: h-huh?

He opened his eyes and saw the creatures mouth extremely close to his face. She looked like she was struggling. He looked at the other to holding his arms and saw them distracted by staring behind the one on top of him. He tilt his head and saw....

Y/n: b-Beatrice!?

She was gripping the back of the creatures head. She had her armor on and if looks could kill, hers could. She roared and pulled the creature off of him giving him a chance to escape. He quickly knocked of the creatures holding his arms and rolled back. He stood up as Beatrice threw the creature to a wall. The other two got up and started to surround her. The both then started to attack her. Y/n was trying to think of a way to help her but his thoughts were interrupted by a sudden impact to his stomach.

Y/n: oof!

He looked down and saw a familiar robot holding onto him.

Y/n: Gaige!

Gaige: I'm so glad your okay!

She hugged tighter. Y/n had so many questions but decided to just ask one.

Y/n: h-how did you find me?

Gaige: we heard your screams and-

They were interrupted as y/n ducked a body flying towards them. Then another slid infront of him. Knowing it was safe he walked next to Beatrice ,as Gaige started to float, and she hugged him. It was a short hug so he wasn't out of breath.

Beatrice: *worried growl*

Y/n:huh?

She pick him up and started to turn him.

Y/n: h-hey!

Gaige: I thinks she's asking if your fine.

Y/n: oh. Yeah I'm fine.

He lied but they fell for it. Beatrice put him down as he looked at them.

Y/n: how are we going to get out?

Gaige: don't worry. I memorized our way out.

She started to float fastinto a tunnel as y/n and Beatrice ran behind her.

Timeskip y/n pov.

Thank god im getting out of here. I think to myself as I followed Gaige. We came across another intersection.

Gaige: ok....this way!

She floated to the left as we followed her. I suddenly started to feel dizzy. I tried my best to keep focus but ended up tripping over some roots again. I fell face first.

Y/n: ow!

I heard skidding as I got picked up and saw Beatrice carrying me in her arms. Then Gaige floated back.
