Carl was sleeping in his bed when he heard gunshots outside, He grabbed his gun and went to his dad and Michonne's room, to see what was going on, when he opened the door, he saw that his dad and Michonne weren't there, he then closed the door and he went to check on Judith to see if she was okay, he opened her door and saw her in her crib and he smiled "How did I end up with a great sister?" He wondered.
He held onto his gun tightly and he opened the front door and he saw a lot of walkers, then he saw his dad and Michonne, then he shut the door to make sure that walkers couldn't get in, he shot the walkers and they were all dead, so he went over to Michonne and his dad "I heard gunshots, I had to check that you were okay" He said and smiled at his dad and touched Michonne's shoulder.
He thought for a moment and they all went inside, my dad asked me to go back to sleep, so I did, I went back to my room and lay down on my bed and thought about stuff and then I ended up falling asleep, I hoped that Daryl and the others were okay because, he missed them a lot even though he didn't show it.
