Chapter 20:Christmas Party

-Christmas Eve-

~Nat's POV~

Today we're having a Christmas party at Soph's house.She asked me to help her set up along with Louise and Jess.

'When are u coming over?' Soph texted me.

'In a few mins,my moms driving so the presents won't get ruined if I walk'

'K'

I made sure I had all the presents ready and put it in my mom's car.

"Mom!Are you ready yet?" I yelled.

"Yes!Ill be down in a minute" she yelled back.

My mom comes down wearing a dress and heels.We got in the car and I asked her "Why are you wearing heels and a dress?"

"I'm going to a party" she replies.

"Oh"

The rest of the drive was silent.Then we arrived.

"I'll be home by 10-11,you can sleep over at Sophia's of you like" she says as she drives up on Soph's driveway.

"Thanks mom,ill see you later" I said.

"Have fun" she says.

I knock on the door and Sophia quickly opens it.

"Woah...how many gifts did you get?" She asked looking at all the gifts.

I put them down and said "Well I have to get 7 people's gift so yeah"

"What's this" she says pointing at a big box"

"It's a guitar.I got it for Luke" I said then she smirks at me.

"Shut up" I rolled my eyes and said.

"I didn't say anything" she says.

I put the gifts under the Christmas tree and started to help set up.We decorated everything with green and red streamers.

Lou and Jess arrived about an hour later.Turns out they brought a lot of gifts too.

"What good are you getting?" Jess asked.

"Um...pizza?" Soph says.

"Really?Pizza on Christmas?" Lou said.

"Yep" Soph replied pooping the "p".

"Can we bake a cake or something?" Jess suggested.

"Yea we should" I said.

Soph searched her whole kitchen for cake mix and I ally found some.We got it ready and put it in the oven.The. All of us put out Christmas hats on and wore warm sweaters.

"We look ready for Christmas" Soph laughed.

"Yeah" Jess says, "We should've gotten more food though"

"Yeah,when are the boys coming?" I asked.

As I said that I heard a knock on the door.

"Apparently right now" Soph laughed.

She opened the door to see 4 boys with Christmas hats and presents.

"Hi" They all joyfully said.

They put their gifts under the Christmas tree and sat down.

"What are we doing first?" Calum asked.

"Um a movie?" I suggested.

"Sure" everyone said.

Soph put in Home Alone.I lived that movie.

During the movie I realized Soph had her head on his chest,Louise and Michael were cuddling,and Jess had her head on Ash's shoulder.Me and Luke were a few inches apart.I decided to move closer and out my head on his shoulder.He wrapped his arm around me.Everyone seemed pretty happy.

After the movie we decided to open presents,since everyone was excited about that.Soph was up first.She got Louise a cute dress,Jess a pair of Vans,and me a really pretty bracelet.Then she gave Ash a bandana,Michael a video game,Luke a CD,and Calum headphones and a kiss on the cheek.

After everyone handed out all their gifts.I ended up with a bracelet,a set of lipgloss,a cute beanie,and the boys have me their band merch shirt.

"You guys have merch now?" I asked.

"No,thats just the only shirt we have.We designed it" Calum said.

"Okay your turn Nat" Soph said.

I gave Soph her charm bracelet,Louise the makeup set,and Jess her necklace.Then I gave Ash his pony shirt,Calum his Blink 182 shirt,and Michael his Green Day shirt.Last but not least I got the big box and handed it to Luke.He opened it and his eyes suddenly turned wide.

"Nat...i never knew you would get this for me...you shouldn't have." Luke said.

"You've been wanting that for weeks now,you deserve it" I smiled.

"Thanks" he replied smiling.

Then Luke handed out everyone's gifts and he gave me a small box.I opened and saw I really pretty necklace that said "Natalie" on it.It was shaped as a heart and made out of silver.

"Oh my god...thanks Luke it's amazing" I said.

"Look at the back"he said.

I looked at the back of the necklace and it said "Best Friends ~Luke".

"Thanks Luke" I said then hugged him.

He took out his key chain and I saw a thing similar to the necklace.It said Luke at the front and at the back it says "Best friends".

"I have one too" he chuckled.

I smiled and hugged him again.

"Are you love birds done yet?Look up" Soph said.

We looked up to see a mistletoe above us...

A/N:Are Luke and Nat gonna kiss in front of everyone next chapter?Hopefully😏Maybe they need to change 'Best Friends' to 'Boyfriend and Girlfriend'💗
