People say grenades are dangerous but they're really not until you pull the pin. It sets off a chain reaction that can hurt others around it. Thats like anger, when you hold things in for a long time eventually you explode and I know because that was me I had so much pint up anger and then one day I exploded at my best friend but because she knew what I was going threw she forgave me but I was lucky not everyone has a friend like that so I was happy that she knew what was going on, but there was still more forgiving to be done on my part, I had to forgive myself and the people who did me wrong. So this brings us to our first chapter.
