WOO HOO!

She stood up along with him, her new water leopard friend rubbing against her leg in the process.

"Come, I can show you."

As the two of them left, all of the animals Kat had created fell apart. Except for the water leopard, they turned into puddles on the end stone pathway.

"Where are we going?" She asked a moment later.

"Somewhere with more space." Seto replied.

They soon came across an empty field with tall chorus plants. Kat had a confused look on her face.

"And how exactly is this 'more space'?" She asked, exaggerating with air quotes.

"Compared to the cramped city? It's quite an upgrade, if you ask me."

Kat sighed. Allison would kill me if she knew I was going to kill plants today, she thought with a half amused voice in her head. By the time she had looked over, Seto had set up a small pool of water for Kat's use. He apparently had been carrying a ball of water the whole time.

"What..."
"Hm?"
"Where did you have that?"
"Did you not see me pick it up from the fountain?"
"No."
"Oh. Well, that's where it came from."

She stared at the pool for a moment, debating whether or not it was real.

"Don't worry, I'll teach you that later. First, we'll start with touching the water."

Kat stared at him, dumbfounded. "Touching... the water?"

"Yeah! You've gotta get to know it first, other than just knowing it exists."

"Um... alright." She hesitated. She dipped her hand into the clear blue water, and took it out a second later. "Ok, done. What now?"

Seto rolled his eyes, and grabbed Kat's hand, forcefully shoving it into the water. The second time she touched the water was way different. Her father's touch seemed to awaken something inside her.

It was saying something. Literally. In her head. Free me, it said. I want to grow.

Kat yanked her hand out of Seto's grip and out of the water, and the voices stopped. "What the heck?" She exclaimed, backing away a few steps with wide eyes.

"That's the kind of water you want to know. It's the 'agreeable' type." Seto replied as if talking water was normal.

"There are OTHER types of water like this?"

"Of course! Have you never worked with water like this?"

Kat shook her head, still confused.

Seto sighed. "This is going to take a while."

Adam aimed at the dragon. "Here you go, but I doubt you'll live long after you've seen it."

The curved blades straightened out, and the elements combined together as the blades moved back to their normal rapier look. At the point of his weapon was a lightly colored blue sphere, ready to be shot at something. Or someone.

Douglas formed a half confused, half worried look on his face, eyebrows furrowing. His normally-green scales were turning orange to express that even further. His black ones stayed the same, as they are unable to change colors.
