Rain poured down on the earth, soil becoming nothing but muck and mud. Ruining anything that crossed uts way. The storm growing stronger, as more clouds rolled in. Branches whiping at him, telling him to go no further. To stop and give into the cold. And just let go. But he pushed forwards, seeking any shelter he could find. Anything would be helpful, even a box if need be. He wasnt going to be picky, when hopes where already so low. The town was once a lovely place, where kids would run around as elders or parent scurried, shop to shop. But now? Its just a gloomy, and unhappy place. Fights always breakung out, and some ending in death. But, all you could really do was keep pushing forwards, and hope no one bothers you. All thats all he could do, all he would do. Until he couldn't anymore. Until, life carried him on no more....
