"Ne ne Kazuma-san, why are you always so grumpy?" Taiyou asked innocently, tilting his head to the side as Kazuma was quietly looking through his deck.
"What do you mean?" He simply asked, his eyes turning to the brunet who was looking at him with pure curiosity. They were both currently at CardCapital2, waiting for a certain swirly head who was of course, late.
"I mean, you're always so gloomy and irritated about the idea of going somewhere or meeting other people!" Taiyou pointed out, his lips forming a small pout and Kazuma looked away, unsure why his heart skipped a beat so suddenly.
"Maybe it's cause I don't like everyone else," Kazuma shot back, but quickly added quietly "Well, almost everyone else..."
"Eh? Did you say something?" Taiyou blinked, since he didn't hear the last sentence Kazuma mumbled out. He leaned close to Kazuma's face for an answer which made Kazuma blush slightly as he looked away immediately.
"Of course not." He quickly replied, aware that his cheeks were red because of how close the innocent brunet was to him.
"Are you sure-"
"Sorry I'm late guys!" Chrono suddenly called out, panting heavily as he ran inside, making it clear that he probably forgot about the fact that they would all hang out together.
"Chrono-san! Meanie you made us wait for so long!" Taiyou whined as he went over to Chrono, while Kazuma sighed a little.
'What's the point of liking him anyway? It's obvious he likes Shindou more...'
