The Awkwardness Of Life

             I jump up out of my bed. Today's the day I get to see my family. They usually are never in the same place. Well you'll find out the reason in a minute. Oh yeah, I'm Cora. I have short dark blonde hair and blue highlights. I'm 14. I got to stay with my uncle over the summer. I loved it but I still like my family I live with. My uncle comes in. "Hey Ricky!"I say to him. "Hey your parents will be here soon."He says. "Cool."I say. He goes and sits at his computer. "Wanna help make a video before you leave?"he asks. "Yassss!"I blurt out. "I mean yeah sure."I try to recover. He laughs at me. We do the backwards challenge. "Hey Jc is bringing his kids over later. Some how you haven't met them."He says. "I'll probably be gone."I say. "Yeah, they said that they won't pick you up till 4:45."He says. "Okay."I say upset.

         An hour later Jc shows up. "Jc!!!!"I yell. I run and hug him. "Hey kid."He says. "This is my daughter, Frost."He points to a girl be hind him. She's around my age. She has light blue turquoise hair. She's actually kinda pretty. "I'm Cora."I say. She gives me a "I don't care look". "Um okay...."I say. "Frost come on, she's really nice."He says. "I don't give a crap."She says. Well somebody's not happy. "Hey Ricky!"he yells across the room. "What?"he yells back. "Where's the tv remote?"he says. "The kitchen table!"he yells. Then a boy about 18 walks in. He has bright brown pretty eyes and light brown hair. "Hey I'm Jack."He says. "Hi. Your a lot nicer than your sister."I say. "Yeah, she's better once you get to know her."He says. I know the next two. "Hey Zoella and Bethany!"I say. "Hey."they both say. "Mom, When do we leave?"frost asks Bethany. "Soon. Be nice."She says.

     We watch Netflix. Frost isn't as bad now. Zoella and I talk for a while. I realize that frost his her lip pierced. I have my nose pierced. The door bell rings. I jump up and run to it. It's Sam and Kian. "Hey guys."I say. "Hey Cora."They both say. I hug them both. "When's Nash gonna be here?"I ask. Then he walks in. His friend Kennedy is behind him. She has lighter blonde hair and purple streaks with bangs. She's 15. "Hey Kandy!"I say. I once was trying to say her name and messed up and said candy. So now I call her Kandy. "Hey stick."She says. I give her a glare. They call me stick cause apparently I'm really skinny. She laughs. Her and frost get along. Soon we're all best friends.

      THe door opens. Shawn and Alyssa walk in. Mom and dad. But I call them by there real names. "SHAWN, ALYSSA!"I yell hugging them. Then my brother Troye walks in. I run to hug him. His friend Tyler walks after him. "Hey" I say to him. Now you know I have a big family. My mom,dad,and brother are singers. So they are usually on tour. So I hang out with Ricky alot. This is my awkward family. These are the best moments. The awkward moments.
