Arielle Storm was in her house cooking dinner when she felt a presence behind her. Now most people would be frightened if something like this would happen to them but not Arielle.
See she already knew who was behind her. In fact she knew he was in the house before he even entered it.
Now people might be wondering how that could be possible and the truth is it is not. But Arielle is not just anyone, oh no she is so much more than that. She is a witch.
Her witch powers are the reason why she can sense when someone is near her home and she decides who to invite whether they are human or not.
She continued to cook not paying him any mind and knowing that it would get to him.
"I know you know I'm here so why are you avoiding me,love?" he asked
Arielle continued to ignore him, right this minute she was mad at him and did not want to entertain him.
"Come on Ari, talk to me. Please."
She smiled a little when she heard him say please cause she knew he rarely said it to anyone. "What are you doing here?" she asked bitterly.
She heard a big sigh before an answer. "I know that you are angry at me but I'm here now so..."
That made her really angry that she turned around and faced him. She almost got lost on those blue eyes but her anger returned when she saw his smirk.
"You don't know anything about how I feel right now so do me a favour and get the hell out of my house if you have nothing better to say to me." I said to him angrily and went to turn around to my cooking.
"Wait a minute, love" he said holding me. I felt the chills and tried to get out of his grip but he was stronger than me. "I'm sorry okay. You are not the only one who was sad during our time apart."
"Do you have any idea how angry I was with not being able to talk to you? I tried everyday for for two weeks and you did not even reply to any of my messages. How am I supposed to feel about that? I thought we were in that point in our relationship where we don't have to do this to each other."
By the end of my speech tears were streaming down my cheeks. He put his hands on my cheek and wiped away my tears. He looked like he was about to cry any minutes and it tore at my heart.
"I am so sorry. I did not have the opportunity to call you. I lost my phone and the first chance I got I came straight here to see you. I know how you don't answer a call when you don't know the number that is why I did not call you. I love you so much and pains me to see you crying." he finished his speech while kissing my tears away.
"I love you too." I said. Then he kissed me and a sob broke in my throat because I missed this so much. He deepened the kiss and I moaned. I pulled back because I wanted to breath.
I got out of his arms and went back to my pot which turned out it was already done then turned off the stove. "What's for dinner?" He asked
"I don't know about you but I am having pork chops with various salads." I said while smirking.
"You are not feeding me now. Wow I am really feeling the love babe." I laughed at that but I ignored him and took out the dishes and placed them on the table.
"Back to ignoring me now I see, well we have to change that don't we love." He said while tickling me
"NO stop st-stop please. I'm sorry you know I was just kidding. For a thousand year old you sure have no sense of humour."
I finished dishing the plates and we ate while he told what he was up to.
"I love you, Arielle and I'm always going to be here for you."
"I love you too Niklaus. Now let's go to bed cause I am tired." we went to bed then
