First time in Magnolia? Things are pretty nice. Everyone is normal, except for the people of my guild, Fairy Tail.
It's been a week or so since we've (Gajeel and I) joined, and I have to say, everything is soo fun. Everyone here has came from a hardship in their lives.. It's pretty amazing how they're all so... lively, despite what they've been in.
And you want to know what a sad thing is? I haven't even gone on my first flipping job yet!!
So here I am, looking at the request board, finding a hob that can pay my apartment mortgage.
Oh yeah, I found a decent place to live in. It's not that spacious, but not too small.
My fingers scan over each request, trying to find the right one. I gasp as I saw the one that I wanted to do. Before I can take the flier, a pair of hands were placed over my eyes.
"How about you come and do a job with me, Juvia?" His breath tickled as he whispered in my ear. Heat instantly rushes to my cheeks.
"Alright, Gray." I said as he let me see again. "Just let me order something to drink first. Then we'll be on our way."
"Cool." He said as we headed to the bar where Mira stood.
"One green tea please!!" I chirped as she went away with my order. She brought me back a glass. Gray showed Mira the flier in his hands as I downed my drink. At first, she gave him a glare, but she nodded, her usual smile coming back.
"Thanks Mira. We'll leave after she's finished." He said pointing at me. I pouted as I finished the last of my tea and handed the glass back to Mira.
"Thank you. We'll be off then." I politely bowed and smiled at her.
"Okay. Good luck!" She smiled and winked at me.
"We're off!" Gray and I said in a unision while walking out of the guild, laughing. God, he's really nice.
Hours Later..
Gray dragged me to the club. He was kind enough to pay for my entrance. Once we made it in, I turned on my earpiece and microphone that's carefully hidden in my clothes.
I'm wearing a dark crop top and some denim shorts that shows way too much of my body. This... is not my style. Gray on the other hand looks normal. We parted ways from each other, dancing in the loud music.
"So what's the plan." I muttered through my mic, sitting down at one of the bars.
"You find, or get, the man of the hour, drag him outside, and BOOM!! That's game." Gray said, making me laugh. "I'll be outside. Over"
"Okay, over." I giggle, clicking off my mic. I ordered a cup of tea as I heard someone sat beside me.
I took a shot as my tea came. Finally, I look to right, staring at a man. He was pretty bulky, his eyes kind of droopy. He shaved head makes me want to gag. Yup, it's the guy the requester requested for us to handle.
"How can a girl like you take some shots and down a tea like that?" He smirked as his eyes roam around my body. I rolled my eyes at him, ordering for a few more shots.
"God damn, you're hot." He said as I mentally make a gagging sound. "Let's come to my place. We'll have some fun there, okay?"
He grinned like an idiot as I dragged him outside of the club and into a dark alley. There, I pushed him against a wall, my hands caressing his face.
"Woah there!! I didn't think you'd give in that easily." He chuckled as he touch me... in some unnecessary places that I shouldn't talk about. Please Gray, just come out already.
"Ice Make: Shackles.." I heard Gray through my earpiece as I bounced away from that prostitute.
"Thank you, Gray." I said, glaring at our victim. He nodded and placed an arm protectively around me.
"You see this?" He said. "This is mine. Don't touch."
I watched as Gray knee the victim in the gut, causing the ice shackles to break. He picked him up by the collar and pushed him to the wall.
He motion me to come over. I pulled out a pair of anti-magic handcuffs from the back of my shorts, and handed them to Gray. He thanked me and placed the cuffs in place. I called our requester; he said he'd be here in a jiffy. I sighed and leaned again the wall, keeping an eye on the prostitute.
"Hey are you okay?" Gray sat down beside me.
"Yeah, I'm alright. It's just that it would've been better if you came earlier." I sighed. He pulled me into a hug.
"I'm sorry." He mumbled. I just nod and pat his back.
"By the way, Gray." He pulled away from me.
"Can we never do a mission like this again?" I gave him a pout. "It was scary."
"Yeah, okay." He patted my head.
"Also... Why can I change out of these clothes?" I smiled innocently. "It's soo cold!!"
