Katniss POV
When Gale mentions Peeta's name I can feel my eyes darken. Can he not tell I don't want to talk about him right now?
To answer his question I simply say "I left him."
When I say this Gale looks shocked, surprised, and happy all at the same time.
He asks me what I mean and I reluctantly tell him about what happened as we make our way to his house. When I finish telling him what happened he looks mad.
"That little pice of sh*t , why would he cheat on you?"
"Your beautiful,smart,kind and overall a great person."
I can feel a blush rising up to my cheeks. Wait why am I blushing? He was only complimenting me nothing else.
I quickly hide my face so he won't see it.
Once I know my face doesn't look like a tomato anymore I look up and see a huge mansion in front of me.
