Missing in Space

Leaves were falling, trees were growing and kids were laughing. Josef and Shawn held the responsibility of themself as they headed over by the forest to play, of course with walking over two blocks to Novas house. The two boys knocked on the white scratched door and stepped back, awaiting a response. The three kids had their whole life to connect, from being born in the same two months at the same hospital in the same town. Soon the door opened and Novas tangled brown hair leading a bird to think its their home, greeted them with a welcoming "hello". Her shorts that went to her knees and her white hairy legs spread out as she took a step outside. "Ill be out in a.." she paused and looked back. "Umm soon, wait here." she smiled a wide huge, toothy grin and stepped inside the house. The two boys waited patiently for the door to re-open and be greeted with the girl. Soon the door opened, but it their despair it was only her father. He smiled and rubbed the two boys on the head and chuckled as they both rushed his hand away and fixed their hair slightly. He only tossed Josef a ball, the clumsy boy only let it slip in his hand and hit the ground. Shawn soon laughing his lungs out and snorted loudly. Nova soon came out with her hands wiping off on her plain orange t-shirt. She hugged her dad goodbye, gave him a huge kiss on the cheek- one where she made a pop sound herself as she backed away, "i love you dad, bye" she said as she ran away waving back at him. The boys now running after the young girl-laughing all the way. The kids trotted into the forest, laughing the whole way. Soon the girl, Nova, stopped and started to run back to her hose. "Hold on! Imma go get our ball" the boys looked at each other and nodded. "Ok! Hold on." They both ran after her other and grabbed their ball then started walking over to the forest.
Shawn was the first one to get there, after taking the ball out of Novas hand and running away. He started chucking the bright white ball on the ground when it was coming back down he caught it and laughed more, Josef going over to him and taking the ball
