Jack sloppily planted a quick kiss on my lips, causing a roar of praises to erupt out of the other boys. I rolled my eyes, attempting to get my annoyance across.

"you guys act like you don't see this every day. can you just grow out of it yet?" I angrily snapped, which caused the four boys to throw their hands up in defense. jack lightly chuckled, snaking his arm around my waist and kissed my forehead softly.

"the guys and I will be back after our recording session. don't miss me too much while i'm gone." jack whispered into my ear, and then turned his head and winked at me.

I sighed, "you're lucky you're cute, mr. Avery." he shot me his award winning smile, earning a playful eye roll in return. "have fun babe, be safe."

he kissed my forehead once again, then pulled away to reach for the door handle. "I will princess."

he turned the nob and pushed the wooden door open. the boys all filed out at once with each one giving a quick goodbye, leaving me to a quiet and empty house. I decided to take advantage of the rare silence to get caught up on season three of stranger things.

I ran to the living room and threw myself onto the leather couch,  wrapping myself up in the blanket that was draped over the back of it. I grabbed the remote off of the end table that was placed next to the couch and opened up Netflix. before the tv could even load the profile screen,  I was interrupted by a knock at the door.

I groaned, sitting up and tossing the blanket onto the floor. I  quickly got up, stomping and muttering curse words as I made my way to the door. "ALL I WANT IS FIVE MINUTES OF PEACE AND QUIET. WHAT DID YOU HEADASSES FORGET NO-" I quickly cut myself off after realizing that it wasn't one of the boys after swinging the front door open. "uhh, can I help you?"

"are you-" he pulled a card out of his pocket and glanced over it, "kinslee collins?" I slowly nodded my head, hesitant to answer. the man stuffed the card back into his pocket and grabbed a bouquet of flowers off of the ground, handing them to me. "I was instructed to deliver these to you. have a nice day miss." I quickly thanked him and closed the door. I set the vase down on the counter, examining them. sunflowers and roses were the prominent flowers and little white ones were placed strategically to accent. i pulled the envelope out of the flowers, tearing into it and then proceeded to open and read the card.

"I loved you then, I love you now, and i'll love you always kinslee rose."
