as soon as the words left ultron's lips, iron legions came busting into the living room making steve kick the wooden table for cover only for him to get knocked down on his back.

saber ran for immediate cover shooting at a iron legion bot as it went to attack her.

chaos immediately broke out as the iron legions attacked everyone in the room. everyone was virtually struggling due to being caught off guard and not having any weapons. saber ran out of bullets discarding the gun immediately.

she tried to run for cover as one of the robots grabbed her wrist, pulling her up with it as it flew. "thor!" she yelled out for him to at least throw his hammer at her instead steve threw his shield crushing the robot to pieces. which in return made saber hit the hard marble floor with a loud thud.

"when I said I missed the army and combat I did not mean this.." saber groaned quietly, standing to her feet as a silence fell over everyone. her right hand held her head.

" well. . .that was dramatic, i'm sorry I know you mean . . .well, you just didn't think it through. you want to protect the world but you don't want it to change. . how is humanity saved when it's not allowed to. . .evolve." ultron rambled looking at everyone. tony looked as if he had seen a long lost twin and maybe he had just this twin was everything negative about him.

"look at these...these puppets." ultron paused his speech to crush the head of the iron legion robot.

" there's only one path to peace: avengers extinction." thor threw his hammer at the rogue personified a.i crushing it to bits. as the light and energy faded from ultron he cryptically sung 'I've got no strings'.

everyone stood still for a moment, some taking a breather, some to take a moment to think but banner took his time to be worried about the work tony, saber and himself lost which ultimately led them to pick up the pieces of ultron and take them to the lab.

"all our work, gone." banner worriedly said, running his right hand through his hair. tony was just staring at the recovered pieces of ultron while saber leaned against a counter looking at the floor. the lab was dead silent as everyone stood and sat around.

saber let herself be consumed by her thoughts that overwhelmed her completely.

"that explains why he knew things about saber that we didn't." steve said making saber's head snap up.

"what?" she asked crossing her arms.

natasha looked at saber for a moment before restating what she said earlier, "ultron went into everything, files, everything."

"he's in the the internet, he has access to everything." saber spoke standing up straight. "nuclear codes.." maria mumbled and rhodey repeated her with a sarcastic tone and look.

"look we need to make calls. . .nukes, bombs- assuming we still can." rhodey cut saber off making her cut her eyes to him.

"nukes? he said he wanted us dead.- he didn't say dead he said extinct." natasha had started off her sentence only for steve to butt in and finish it. saber had walked around standing in front of where jarvis's hologram would be.
