Part 4 (Nellie)

I was taking a spontanious step. I'd decided to leave Louise's home and go travelling. I couldn't ponder about like a little lost boy anymore - it wasn't fair on Matt. I needed to grow up and get out of this slump. Dan was never coming back and I needed to face it.

A guy across the road was going on a road trip and said i could go along - being Mexican he could be going anywhere in the world. I put a Muse CD into the radio slot as two more men got into the back. I felt like a badass as I was travelling with three strangers that I hardly knew or understood. Another strange man - American this time - and a girl looking quite young at around 17. She was beautiful, but so was the boy. They both had crystal blue eyes but her hair was special. It was pure black, almost like coal. She was very pale despite seeming not wearing makeup, whereas the others had dark olive skin.

We drove off as I looked back at Louise's car seeing 'Baby Glitter' hopping into her carseat with Matt looking on, straight past me as I he had already forgotten about 'poor little innocent Phil'.

It had been at least 3 hours since we'd first set off. The minibus came to a halt as a tall rough looking guy dressed in black put his hand up to the car. I could tell we were in Scotland, partly from all the signs on the way and also because of the never-ending line of mountains surrounding me. We were in the middle of nowhere. "Get out" the guy, who had now climbed up to the front of the bus, shouted, giving me a snarly look and yanking out a gun. With a gun to my head, I put my hands up, slowly vacating the minibus and giving the girl a calming nod though inside I was dying of nerves. I was experiencing my first carjacking. It wasn't pleasant.
