"WHAT SO HER NAME IS SUZIE?" Kate asked Dustin as they climbed up Weathertop, the steepest hill in Hawkins. Max, Lucas, Will, Mike, and El trailed behind. The curly-headed boy had just returned from summer camp, and it seemed hiking during the hottest day of the summer was how he wanted to commemorate his return.

While he was away, he'd built the "Cadillac of ham radios" so he could "talk to his girlfriend whenever and wherever he chose."

"Yep, Suzie with a 'z,'" he nodded. "She's from Utah."

"Is she cute?" Lucas asked.

"Think Phoebe Cates, only hotter."

Kate furrowed her brows. "You're telling me you went to summer camp, met the girl of your dreams, and she's hotter than Pheobe Cates?"

"Aren't we high enough?" Mike groaned before Dustin could answer. He was holding tightly onto El's hand as they began to trail further and further behind the group.

"Cerebro works best at a hundred meters."

"You know," Max panted. "I'm pretty sure people in Utah have telephones."

"Yeah, but Suzie's mormon."

"Oh, shit. She doesn't have electricity?" Lucas asked.

Max rolled her eyes, "That's the Amish."

"What are mormons?" Will asked, looking at Kate.

The blonde responded with a shrug, "Super religious white people."

"They have electricity and cars and stuff, but..." Dustin rambled through laboured breaths. "Since I'm not Mormon, her parents would never approve. It's all a bit... Shakespearean."

"Shakespearean?" Kate repeated teasingly, looking at him with an arch brow. He'd only met this girl a few weeks ago, and know he's saying their love is 'shakesperean.' The blonde was only teasing though; she remembered feeling the same way about boys when she was in middle school.
