Silence
That is all that could be heard.
So silent infact the heartbeats that thump erratically trying to breakfree from their cages to hide from their fears, could almost be heard.
Taehyung was just as pissed as he is certain their location is going to be found out soon if the civilians do anything stupid.
He menacingly glared the frightened people, eyeing their every movement, as if physically challenging and pressuring them.
Jungkook soon looked up from where he is and caught on very quickly. Yet just as he got comfortable a sudden bash against the door(hatch) was heard.
Taehyung and Jungkook both exchanged glances as they both knew exactly who it is.
Shit.
The villagers watched in silence as Taehyung moved hurriedly to the door to place an ear to it. Still in silence as Taehyung threatened them if they made a noise.
He held up 4 fingers to indicate that they had 4 minutes before the creatures invaded.
Suddenly Jungkook nodded move forward and used his sword to open up a latch to a tinier door.
Squeezing through that would be hard.
Hard, yet not impossible.
Taking a note of this he frantically picked up a child from the people and placed him through the door. He fit easily, but he was only a child
Eyeing the door again, he reached into his pouch and gave them his sword, shield and knife.
All his weapons.
Taehyung's eyes widened as he dishearteningly watched.

He ran forward to tug at Jungkook's hand.
What are they doing to fight with if they ave no weapons?

Jungkook just shook his head before mouthing 'they dont hve anything to fight with'.
Taehyung showed an incredulous look, he mouthed silently yet his expression was furious 'so. We dont either, what makes them more important or any different to us? You cant do this.'
Jungkook rolled his eyes before saying 'watch me.'
As if right on time the door banged (( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ) opened and the same creatures from before entered brooding and vicious.
