I looked into the mirror at my choice of clothing. I was wearing a sports bra and leggings that cover most of my stomach. I was meeting Liam and Corey at school so we could practise lacrosse early in the morning.
"What are you doing up?" Scott groaned. He limped into the room and yawned. That's my brother Scott, he may be my older brother but I am definitely the more mature one.
"Going lacrosse practise"
"Don't get kidnapped on the way there" he joked
"I'll try not to" so far I had got kidnapped while going to lacrosse two times and it's getting kind of old. He left my room so I grabbed my keys and got into my car. I had grabbed a bottle of water and a apple and I was ready to go. Once I got there, Corey and Liam where already practising so I put my things away and then joined them.
"Oh so you finally decided to join us" Liam said in a taunting way
"I'm only 5 minutes late" I playfully pushed Liam on the shoulder.
"Hurry up, I've got so much energy I don't know what to do with!!!" Corey yelled jumping up and down.
"I'm coming, I'm coming" I laughed. Corey has been my best friend as long as I can remember. And I've also had a crush on him for that time. I know that's pathetic but I can't help my fear of being rejected. So I never told him.

I was walking down the street. It was 10pm at night and I needed to clear my head so here I was. I turned around and saw a scarecrow-alike on a horse. I stood frozen for a few seconds and then my senses kicked in and I started running for my life. Scott told me about this and I know what their here for. No, I am not supernatural but Scott told me about him a year after him being turned. I hid behind a wall and Immediately called Corey
"Corey!! I need you're help, the ghost rider it's after me" I was shaking and I just needed to hear his voice
"Oh my god uhh ok can you get to the school"
"Yes"
"We are all there, get there as quickly as possible"
"Ok"
"And y/n-"
"Yes"
"Don't leave me"
"I won't" I ended the call and started running towards the school. Once I got there I immediately ran inside and Scott pushed me behind him
"Where are they?!? I can't see them?!?" Scott frantically looked around and that's when I knew only I could see it.
"Corey I need to talk to you" I grabbed his arm and ran up to the roof with him
"Corey if I don't see you again-"
"You will y/n I'm getting you back"
"What if I don't Corey. I need to tell you something...I-I-I" i take a deep breath and then looked Corey in his eyes
"I like you. Not in a friendship way. in a way where I always want to be with you. Where I always have a anger whenever you talk to another girl. And I- didn't know what to do because I knew that you are way too good for me and I...just please don't forget me Corey. C-Corey-"
"I won't forget you y/n don't leave!" I see the ghost rider get closer
"I have no choice"

"Corey!!" I screamed his name once I found him on a chair with lots of tubes attached to him. Mason stood a bit further back while watching
"Y-You need to pull them out"
"I c-can't Corey it'll hurt you"
Mason nodded his head and stepped forward. I stumbled back and turned around once I heard his screams. Once three had gotten out I ran up to him and grabbed his hand when mason pulled the last couple.
Once he got them all out he was really weak. He slowly got up and walked a few steps. I turned around to leave and get out but Corey grabbed my hand, turning me around and then kissing me. It was all that I imagined it to be. Perfect. Once we broke apart I couldn't stop grinning. He pecked my lips and then said
"Can someone help me walk because I am in pain" I laughed and he put his arm round me to keep him up. Damn, I love this boy.
