"Calum?" Bela said, she was snuggled up to me, and we were watching Men In Black

"yeah, Bells?" I pushed her hair back away from her face.

"I’m glad that you gave me a chance back when we were at the park." She replied.

"Me too," I kissed the top of her head.

"I wanna be completely honest with you," She sat up and faced me. "I need to tell you some things, I don’t want any lies between us."

I gulped, “Okay.”

"I was extremely suicidal a few years back," She looked me dead in the eyes. "I had a really hard time because my mum had a baby and no one was helping me with my problems."

I was so shocked. Belly had never come across to me as someone who would ever be that sad. “Belly…” I cupped her face in my hands. “You have no reason to hurt yourself.”

"I was alone," She said, a tear trickling down her cheek. "I had no outlet."

"Well, now you do, you have me," I said. "Please never hurt yourself like that again."

She nodded, “Okay.”

And then I knew that I had to tell her. She was incredibly important to me and there was no way I could keep such a big secret.

"I need to tell you something too," I said, situating myself on the couch next to her.

"Okay," She wiped away her tears and sat up straight next to me. "I’m okay."

I nodded, “So, you know the superheroes that have been helping around the city?”

She nodded again, she was curious, I could tell.

"Well, I’m Cal-Pal."

She looked surprised, and then suddenly offended. “You’re lying. Are you making fun of me?”

"No, non, no!" I replied. I put my backpack from next to the couch onto my lap. I unzipped it and pulled out my costume, then handed it to her. "It’s real, Belly."

"I can’t believe it," She dropped it onto her lap, "Calum, you guys have already been saving a lot of people!"

"You can’t tell anyone or let anyone know that you know," I said. "It’s dangerous business."

"I know, I won’t. I just can’t believe it." She grinned.

"I couldn’t not let you know." I took the costume from her and put it back in my bag. "The guys aren’t gonna be happy that I told you."

"Well, they’ll have to deal with it. And they don’t necessarily need to know."

"They’ll have to eventually."

She snuggled up to me again and we continued to watch the movie.

"You know," She tugged at the neck of my baseball style shirt. "I think superheroes are really hot."

I smiled and my cheeks got warm, “Really?”

"Mmmhmm." She was so hot when she wanted to be. "Will you save me, Cal-Pal?"

"Why wouldn’t I?" I kissed her
