Stormkit's sacrifices <Short story>

I laid next to Ivyheart I heard about a wild dog pack near the clan boarder but every cat who went never came back.

6 moons later...

I was made an apprentice,Stormpaw and my brother Batpaw I made a vow to myself to protect my mother even the cost of my life.We were on dawn patrol the next morning with Ivyheart,Cremestar and myself Cremestar was my mentor he saw the light in my little eyes.

I smelt my mother's fear I heard distance howls a dog came out of the shadows there was only one and three out us countless numbers of wolves came out after I saw Ivyheart get cornered...

I jumped on the wolf's head "Stormpaw get down" Ivyheart yowled

I didn't listen the dog bit my skull and ripped flesh of my face intill my skull showed

another dog bit my tail off

and another dug his claws into my back

Cremestar grabbed me and ran back to camp with Ivyheart

Three days later...

I woke in the medicine cat's den I was ugly when I saw myself I kept my vow

Cremestar renamed me Scarkit

I was proud of my name and sacrifice to save Ivyheart

I loved her

and

she loves me...
