Number 1: Denial
They tell you it's real,
Yet you still sit by the window with your ready eyes peeled.

Number 2: Anger
They tell you to calm down,
Yet you wanna scream and shout until nobody's around.

Number 3: Bargaining
They tell you what's done is done,
Yet you still get on your knees and ask God, "how come?"

Number 4: Depression
They tell you they're there,
Yet they say that to be polite and then leave you out of nowhere.

Number 5: Acceptance
They say it's coming soon,
Yet it's nowhere in sight and depression still looms.
