⇢ being a jaeger was a risky job, and you even joked about what would happen if any of you were bitten. you never thought it would actually happen, though. during an attack, you thought that you had taken down every last one of them, and looked around for (crush). then, you heard a familiar blood-curdling scream, which you immediately followed upon recognizing it. you shouted out (crush)'s name in despiration, and running around the corner, you aimed your weapon at the vampire. which had (crush) pinned against the wall, teeth deep in their neck. before you could fire, the vampire pulled away, and disappeared into the night.
