Kota's pov where we left off- Why don't you kill me? he asks fixing his suit your my father I can't I say, yeah well I can kill you he says picking up his gun again, I sigh really Jed come on haven't we been through this you can't point a gun at me like that I say making it so the gun is floating and facing him while smiling hugely.
How are you so powerful? he asks confused, I would tell you but I can tell what is going through that little brain of yours Jed I say bringing the gun into my hand, well I know that your not going to kill me sense a few seconds ago you told me you can't because i'm your father and what do you want with me anyways? he asks looking me in the eyes. Well I figured why not help out ol dad and join Ultra how does that sound? I ask, wait you are asking me for a job? he asks smiling yes I am but nobody can know that I am your daughter I don't want everybody treating me differently just remember Jed that you can't stab me in the back or try anything I won't know about I say he nods. Alright but remember I am your boss your not mine got it he says sticking out his hand, I read his mind to make sure he isn't trying anything, nope we're good I think to myself shaking his hand while looking him in the eyes both of us smiling. Thank you I say hugging him tightly, at first he tenses but then he hugs me back rubbing my head at the same time then kisses my forehead when we pull apart.
No experiments on me either I am not your lab rat I say he nods, take my arm I say he does then I teleport to Ultra in his office, what a rush he says letting go of my arm while smiling from ear to ear.
Yeah well don't get used to it so what is going to be our relashionship cover-up story? I ask he goes and sits in his chair at his desk and looks out the big window thinking, well I could say you are my niece from my other brother Sebastion who died he says, yeah fine but I am never calling you dad around here if I mess up just say that I call you dad because I consider you one ever sense my father died does that sound good? I ask he turns back toward me, yeah sounds perfect he says smiling, what are you smiling about Jed? I ask, just that your actually on my side I thought you would be helping John and Cara with their breakouts he says looking me in the eyes still smiling.
You mean John Young are you crazy I hate those guys down there they think they control your life when you are down there I say oops I think to myself, wait you know where they are I just know they are underground somewhere he says standing up and coming toward me, I turn toward him when he gets to me, no Jed I don't know where they are they just kidnapped me once and teleported me down there I didn't know where I was, when they let me go they put a blindfold on me and then teleported me out of somewhere to somewhere then to somewhere else sorry that I got your hopes up believe me Jed I wish I knew where they were I would go down and kill them myself I say looking him in the eyes.
He smiles I just love that you can kill and your on my side plus you are extremely powerful he says looking down at me, well I am your daughter I wouldn't hurt you in anyway no matter if you want to kill me because i know that you do I can see it I say smiling up at him, but that i hate he says, what that i can read your mind it's not that bad like I said I am not looking at anything that your blocking out I say, yeah I know but sometimes I can't block things out he says sadly, don't worry I just hear your thoughts that your thinking doesn't go any further than that I say, great because I don't like people digging around in my head he says.
Well Jed what do you want me to do first for my job? I ask, follow me he says, so I do and we end up in a room with a bunch of people on computers and one big computer screen on the wall.
Wow this place is awesome I say looking around I know Jed says, sir we got a hit on a powerful breakout he is teleporting everywhere around the globe stealing things that don't belong to him a women in a pansuit says walking up to Jed, this is for you he says handing me the file I look at the picture and see that the breakout is my brother that isn't Jed's son my mom married another man after she was with Jed and had me, I can't go after this kid I won't let anybody else either I say why not? Jed asks because he's my brother I say teleporting out of the building and to my brother who is hiding inside a hotel, Drew are you here? I ask loudly then my brother walks in from the kitchen Kota he says coming up to me so I grab him and hug him tightly.
