Prologue

October, 31, 1981

James Potter and his wife Lily were sitting in their living room playing with their children Harry and Hailey. James made colorful wisps come out of his wand it made Hailey giggle, and Harry looked at it confused. James heard a noise outside "Lily I'm going to go check what that noise is. Okay?" James said. "Okay be careful, you never know what it could be." James looked out the window and he saw a snake of a man "Lily! He's here take the kids and go! I love you all!" Lily didn't hesitate to take the twins to their shared bedroom. She heard her husband's scream, as a tear rolled down her cheek she started barricading the door with all the furniture she could. She stood back and looked at her children "Mommy loves you no matter what." She said. As soon as the words left her mouth He broke down the door and entered the room. Lily stood in front of her children wanting to protect them. "Move you silly woman and you won't die!" He said "No! Not my chilren take me instead, their only a year old please!" "Move!" Lily didn't move and that was the last straw for Him. "AVADA KEDAVRA!" Lily fell to the floor no life in her eyes. He turned to the children "AVADA KEDAVRA!" He shouted, but it didn't work it rebounded and hit Him and he was gone. He didn't know what happened, no one did. Hailey and Harry started screaming hoping their mother would get up and say 'It was just a joke!' But she didn't. She didn't move. She was dead.
