I don't know how, but we ended up on top of a mountain. Gideon was still in my arms unconscious. You idiot...
Then the little girl appeared and turned into a goddess. "Ysabel Lee, you did your part. Thank you for fulfilling the prophecy. You may return. I will fulfill your wish if that's still your wish." Then the goddess disappeared. I wavered. Do I still want to go home right now? I can't leave Gideon like that, right? But I do miss my family.
Then I felt my head aching and felt like I was pushed out of Ivy's body. If was like an out of body experience. I saw Ivy's eyes becoming blue and her hair becoming white again like how she was supposed to look. I saw my dad and mom back in the real world, but they couldn't see me. Then I was back into Ivy's body again.
Then Gideon gained conscious again. "Ivy, are you alright?!" he said while checking all my wounds. "I'll manage," I say with a forced smile. The wounds really hurt. He had wounds too. "How are you doing?" I ask him. But before he can respond the goddess reappears and speaks to Gideon.
"Gideon Wubi, you've fulfilled your prophecy I will grant your wish and I will grant you both the power to reign and unite Alfheim." Then she disappeared again. What's going to happen now? My head started to ache again. I looked at my hair. It was slowly turning white again. "What's happening to you?" Gideon asks. I felt really weak and leaned on Gideon. My gut feeling told me the goddess was going to sent me back home, since I was so indecisive.
"Ivy, what's wrong?" Gideon asked desperately.
"Gideon, I-," I tried to explain.
Then I was pushed out of Ivy's body again. I saw Ivy's body collapse in his arms. Gideon tried to wake her. "Ivy, Ivy, Ivy please wake up." But Ivy was dead like she was supposed according to my dad's original plot. And I was returning to my world. "IVY!" Gideon shouted while crying and brushing Ivy's cheek with the back of his hand. "Why..." Gideon sobs.
Oh dear Gideon, there's so much you and I don't understand. I don't know how this has happened. But I hope you and I will meet again. Be happy.
