Talk. That's all Yoongi's mate has been doing since they were introduced to each other.

Yoongi remembered the phrase his mother once told him. 'Opposites attract'

Well that was fucking lie.

Yoongi is very quiet and usually closed off from the world. You'd would find him somewhere in his room listening to music, writing down lyrics and producing beats or maybe all three.

But his mate seemed really talkative, social butterfly and bright. The total opposite of Yoongi.

Yoongi's annoyance was being spiked up a level everytime his mate opened his damn mouth. Like please shut your mouth for a fucking second. Not even a second a hour or even a day. Just shut up please.

At this point Yoongi was fed up with his so called 'fated partner'

Yoongi turned around which stop his mate, [Y/n]. The shorter male looked concern "Is there something wrong Yoongi?" The wolf in Yoongi begged and pleaded him to not do what he waa about to do. But the male dismissed it and proceeded with his original plan.

"I'm so sorry, but this shit right here that we have going on...it...isn't working for me." For some reason Yoongi felt as if his heart had been broken into a million pieces. "Wha-What? But we're mates...we're fated partners." [Y/n] whispered the last part.

"Don't you get that I don't want to be you fated partner."

Tears fell down [Y/n]'s cheeks. Yoongi found himself staring into [Y/n]'s captivating eyes. His tears looked like beautiful waterfalls.

Why does his heart ache? He wanted this.

[Y/n] wiped his tears away with a soft yet dejected smile. "No it's fine." He looked at Yoongi "It's fine."

Even though his heart is broken. He wants the best for Yoongi. He wants Yoongi to be happy and live a great life.

[Y/n] grabbed his phone. "I'm gonna go home, I hope you have a great life Yoongi..bye." [Y/n] bid his goodbye and left.

Yoongi hasn't seen him since. His mother told him that [Y/n] and his family left Daegu and moved to Seoul.

Yoongi always finds himself thinking what would be his future with [Y/n] if he hadn't rejected his omega.
