Chapter 1

One week ago, from today, I was an all out living human being. I would go out partying all during the week, Monday through Saturday, and then go to church on Sunday to praise the lord and ask forgiveness for my sins. If I didn’t do this then I would feel unaccomplished knowing that it wasn’t alright doing the things I would do. I was kind of an hypocrite.

I would tell people not to make the same mistakes I would make and don’t be such a partier, but I’d still do the dumb stuff every other teenager would do. Days of being a fun teenager will always be remembered. I know life wasn’t all about having fun, but I know it’s about living on the better side if you can. I really knew how to amuse myself and my friends.

One time my best friends and I went out and flipped a homeowners trash can upside down on the side of the road and then put firecrackers into it. Then we lit the firecrackers, loud enough to be heard a block away, the homeowners came outside in panic hysterics while we record their reactions, surprisingly they’d come toward the sounds of gunshots. You’d think they’d stay inside a safer environment.

Soon after our shenanigans, the homeowners called the police and we quickly fled the scene and watched a block away. While we were watching the bystanders talk to the police, one of the firecrackers had a delay in its reaction and spooked one of the officers into pulling out his firearm, while yelling, “Who’s there!” It was so ridiculous.
