I was pushing through all the people trying to get to the other side of the big room trying to keep my balance, my vision was blurry and my head was pounding. I started walking up to Jacob and he immediately noticed that something was wrong so he quickly went and took me upstairs away from the loud music and layed me down on a couch handing me a glass of water I slowly started closing my eyes and relaxing my body. The next thing I remember was waking up on Jacobs lap having a really bad headache I could hear the faint sound of music from downstairs I looked up and saw Jacob looking down at me with a smile "hey beautiful" he said admiring me. I was confused I didn't know what had happened and i didn't know where I was, Jacob helped me sit up and explained to me that somebody downstairs had drugged me and I had passed out. We started walking downstairs, Jacob helping me keep my balance and he told me to wait at the bottom of the stairs, I saw him walk past a few people and then he was out of sight, about 3 minutes later he came back and his knuckles were bloody, but I just pretended not to notice, as we walked out I saw a familiar guy who looked like he was in college with a bloody nose glaring at Jacob and I, but Jacob ignored him. I started thinking to myself "was that the guy that drugged me? What does he have against me? Did Jacob punch him? " I heard Jacob calling me and I realized I had zoned out. When we got outside Jacob helped me into his car. We pulled up to my house and my parents weren't home, Jacob helped me out of the car and walked me up to the door. He was afraid to leave me alone and I wanted him there anyways so I invited him in I drank a big glass of water and I was finally feeling like myself again. Jacob had always been there for me, we had known each other since we were 12 so about 4 years now and we had never left each others side.
