Part 9

The first trimester flew by, the palace and royal officials are in wedding mode. Tomorrow Y/n will be Qian Y/n and the following day she will honor and take responsibility of co-ruler of Aligovia. Y/n's dress kept having to be altered because the twins keep growing. She had a small baby bump barely noticeable when she wears her normal everyday dresses, but she wishes not to show her little bump for the wedding. She wants to keep it a secret for a little while longer from the people of Aligovia.

"This is the final alteration I am making Miss Y/n," the Royal Dress and Suit maker jokes.

"I'm sure the twins won't grow over night," she giggles.

"I can't wait to make dresses and little suits for the babies," he adds.

"And I can't wait to see them and dress them up,"

After the dress alterations Y/n makes her way down to the kitchen, her little prince and princess are hungry.

"Miss Y/n the king has asked me to prepare a meal for you and it's in the t.v room," the chef bows.

"Thank you chef,"

Once in the t.v room, Y/n sees the food placed in front of the sofa with a little note.

"My Love, Since it is tradition to spend a day apart until our wedding, I write you this letter to say I am so excited to soon be wedded to you. I'm sure you and our little prince and princess are hungry so eat up, tell them how much I love them. I can't wait for tomorrow to say those two words. I love you, Kun"

"Daddy made us a nice lunch," Y/n says aloud sitting down and turning on the t.v.

As Y/n eats she watches the news, the newscaster talks about the royal wedding being held tomorrow, and the coronation the next day. He talks about the many nobility that have come to stay and attend the ceremony. After she finishes eating, she sets aside her used dishes. She finds a paper and pen and writes to Kun.

"My beloved, tomorrow can't come fast enough. I am so happy that I get to spend the rest of my life with you. Husband and Wife has a nice ring to it. Our little prince and princess are all full thanks to you and our chef. Tomorrow we say the two words that will change everything, I love you. Y/n"

Y/n makes way for the door and a guard is posted. "Can you Please make sure this gets to Kun," Y/n asks. "Yes Miss y/n I'll make sure it gets to the king," he bows and she thanks him and closes the door. Y/n feels a little sleepy and decides to take a small nap.

An hour later, Sicheng and her father barge inside the room with baby gifts.

"Guys, you didn't have too, thank you," she hugs them both.

"We didn't know the gender so we got yellow and green colors," Sicheng adds.

"Tell us! What's the gender! Grandpa is excited," he cheers.

"It's a girl!" I cheer.

"A little y/n is going to be roaming around," Sicheng coos.

"And,"

"And?" The two question in unison.

"A boy!" Y/n adds.

"Twins!" The two men look at each other.

"Yes! A little boy and a little girl, perfect huh," Y/n rubs her tummy.

"Do you have names picked out yet?" Sicheng asks.

"Of course, but I'm not saying till their birth, you're just going to have to wait and be here!" Y/n giggles.

"Of course I'm not missing my best friend give birth to two cuties,"

"Has Lucas come back from his voyage with the other crew?" Her father asks.

"Yes they came back earlier this week, and great news we are beginning to expanded Aligovia, and I'm in charge of naming the new islands. We've sent architects to start building as well," Y/n explains.

"How did he react to you pregnant with twins?" Sicheng questioned.

"He cried, he's super happy to be an uncle,"

"Everyone is so exciting for these little ones, I can't wait to meet them,"

"How are you feeling, wedding and coronation weekend. My little girl is getting married and getting crowned queen, also going to be a mother. It must take a toll on you," her father brings his little girl in his arms.

"I'm ready for it all, cooking these two is what's consuming my energy. Getting married and becoming Queen, I'm excited for it all. I'll be along side Kun, everything will fall into place," Y/n explains.
