i'm gonna say that one day he woke up to see horns on the top of his head the day after he turned four years old,his hair and skin also turned pink.
he was so excited even though at that time he didn't know that he could secrete acid.
he was still happy to at least not be quirkless.
deku's pov:
i instantly jumped up and down before calling my mom and telling her that i finally had a quirk
deku: mom mom i finally have a quirk!!!
inko: really i'm coming sweety.
inko again:oh my god your quirks so cute we, need to go to the quirk doctor right now.
deku: yay
narrator:on there way to the quirk doctor deku saw a girl who also had pink skin,hair and she even had horns.
he begged his mom to talk with her she finally gave in and they started talking to each other and became friends quickly as i'm going to say that since deku hasn't been bullied yet he's not as timid and is more out going.
deku pov:
turns out that we both had just developed our quirks last night , they decided to go into the same appointment so they could be told their quirks together since they were so similar.
quirk doctor: hello children so this is a very unique situation since you not related but i am happy to say that both of you have the same quirk called acid.
quirk doctor: the quirk acid allows you to secrete acid, as well as making it harder for the acid to damage your skin in use and that is why your skin is pink
