Jisung and the Ink Machine [✔️]

Prologue: The Dark Revival

Jisung's father, a famous and well-known cartoonist and creator, recently passed away by unknown means.

Jisung was heartbroken of course, but he wasn't exactly distraught.

He never got to have a close relationship with his father. It was always just him and his mother, until she passed away. After losing both of his parents, he moved in with his six close friends: Lee Minhyung, Huang Renjun, Lee Jeno, Lee Donghyuck, Na Jaemin, and his best friend, Zhong Chenle. They all lived together with their caregiver, Kim Doyoung.

One afternoon, Jisung suddenly remembered the cartoon characters his father had created for a cartoon many years back. The memories of the various characters, drawn so beautifully, quickly invaded his thoughts.

But out of all the characters, his all time favorite stayed in his thoughts the most. That character was none other than Bendy, the Dancing Demon.

He was known by many names: the Dancing Demon, Little Devil, Little Devil Darlin', the Grinning Demon, and many other aliases.

Jisung used to love watching Bendy's cartoons, enjoying the trouble that he always got himself into alongside his best friends: Boris the Friendly Wolf and Alice Angel.

The more he thought about them, the more he began to worry about what happened to them. The boy decided to do some research, and eventually found out where his father's old animation studio was. To his surprise, it was conveniently the exact same studio where Bendy and the others were created.

He decided to sneak out of the house in the middle of the night, and ventured to the studio to find his father's creations.

After he arrived at the studio, he explored the various rooms around him, most of which contained life-sized cutouts, as well as posters, of his favorite little demon.

He soon found himself within a huge room, with which had the setting of a warehouse. He located a lever nearby, which required two dry cells in order for it to operate. After finding them and placing them in the power source, he pulled the lever to see what would happen.

The chains in front of him suddenly activated, and seemed to be pulling something up from down below.

After a few seconds, his all too familiar Ink Machine appeared, rising from the darkness.

He figured that there was nothing else to do in the room, so he went to explore the contents of the other ones.

He found a huge supply of Bacon Soups in the Break Room and chose to indulge in some of them, never stopping to read the expiration dates.

He left the Break Room, and soon came across a room with quite a horrific sight. Inside the room, was a strapped down corpse of Boris, equipped with a wrench lodged in his gaping chest cavity.
