I will be talking about my first period... people hate their period and why wouldn't you! It's horrible! Having to be fed 24/7 and having baths every 5 minutes to stop your flow for a bit and then sprinting to get a pad or tampon once you get out!!! My first period wasn't your usual, "I had my period and it was embarrassing" mine was horrifying! It all started 1 year ago...
I'm a musical theatre kid so I love acting, singing and dancing! I was in a play called the wedding singer and it was so fun! It was the last night of the production and everyone was performing their best! I had just come off stage sweating as the stage lights were very hot and we were wearing costumes. I walked to my dressing room to grab my phone and I felt something... strange. I didn't think much of it because I had been feeling ill earlier in the day so I just thought I had a tummy bug. All was fine until the interval. I went to the toilet because we weren't allowed to go during the acts. I looked down and immediately knew what had happened... I had started my period. I know you're probably thinking... "that's not bad at all!!!" Well my friend it gets much MUCH worse. I had a pad with me so I put it in and I thought it wouldn't bother me for the last hour and a half of the show. I was onstage and I had to be lifted by a boy for a part of the dance section we had done... it was an overhead lift... I felt a drop and then the boy vomit (ONSTAGE!!) and I was dropped immediately... i was called blood head for the rest of the school year!!!! It was horrible!!
Anyway here's a bit of a plot twist... I am currently dating my dance partner! We have been together for 2 months!!!
