Alexis' POV

Everyone turned to look at me. "Ugh," I said. "Move." I crawled into the dark space with my phone and grabbed the box. I crawled right back out. "Okay."

"What is it?" asked Devin.

"It's an Ouiji board, guys," I said.

"Oh!" exclaimed Drew grabbing the box from me causing me to drop my phone. I crossed my arms really annoyed at Drew. "Ooooo!"

"I don't like that," said TC as Blake handed me my phone.

"Thank you," I said grabbing my phone.

"Guys, this is crazy," said Jayk.

"I'm not doing that," said Britt.

"Me neither," said TC.

"You have to do this with us," said Drew. "How often do you find an Ouiji board laying around?"

"Us girls already vowed no," said Ericka.

"I'm not going to touch that," I said.

"I'm not playing with anything that says goodbye on it," said TC.

"Here's what we're supposed to do," said Blake looking at his phone. "We're supposed to sit around in a circle with our knees touching. Be ware, do not perform this ritual with a mirror in the room."

"There's a mirror right behind you," I said. Blake turned around. "Sorry."

"Why is there a random mirror in this random room?" asked Drew.

"Just no one mess around and actually move it," said Blake.

"I really don't want to do this," said TC as Drew turned out the lights. "I don't like this."

"I'm not enjoying where this is headed either," I said.

"It's just a board," said Drew. "It's not going to hurt you."

"No but the spirit or entity that you're going to be talking to might," I said. "I don't want any one of us getting hurt."

We had our phone flashlights on. "They're not going to listen," said Amber.

"Can I just say something?" asked Ericka.

"What's that?" I whispered.

"I'm in love with an idiot," said Ericka.

"I think we all are but Britt," I said. "They're the only normal couple here not doing that."

"Hey, I don't like the word goodbye," said Britt.

"Good for you because they are stubborn," I said.

Blake's POV

"Alright. So here's what we do," I said. "We're going to take two fingers and place them gently on the thing."

"Oh dude," said Drew. "It lights up."

"Purple," I said. "It's, uh, it's a spiritual color."

"I fell in love with a history buff," said Alexis. "He's not only an idiot but he's also a nerd."

"I heard that," I said smiling at Alexis.

She smiled back. "Still not happy with this stuff going on," said Alexis.

"Come on, TC," said Drew.

"I'm—I'm good," said TC.

"Okay guys," I said. "Quiet." I sighed. "Is there a spirit here with us?"

The object started moving. "Wait," said Drew. "Are you guys moving that?"

"My fingers are barely on it," said Jayk.

"My fingers aren't even on it," said Drew. "Yo! This is trippy." Drew and Jayk lifted their fingers. "Whoa." It stopped on yes. "Yes."

Drew put his fingers back and Jayk didn't. "Keep your fingers on it," I said as Jayk put his fingers back. I sighed. "What is your name?"

The objext started moving again. "Z," said Drew. "O."

"Zo?" asked Jayk. It went back to Z and back to O. "Zozo?"

"Why does it keep doing that?" asked Drew. It kept going to Z and O. "No!"

"Okay, I've got goosebumps," said Jayk as he lifted his fingers.

"Stay connected," I said. "Stay connected. Stay connected."

"What do you want me to do?" asked Jayk as he put them back on the object.

"Stop, stop, stop it," said Drew. "Stop it."

"The only way you can disconnect from it is you have to say goodbye," I said.

"Stay goodbye right now," said Devin.

"Goodbye," said Devin, Drew, Jayk, and I.

The object moved to goodbye and we lifted our fingers. "Who is Zozo?" I asked.

"Do you realize what you've just done?" asked Alexis.

"You know who Zozo is?" I asked.

"Zozo is thought to be a demon who's been documented since the early eighteen hundreds," said Alexis looking at her phone. "Zozo comes at three am. Three am is the demon hour." She looked at me. "You've contacted an eighteenth or nineteenth century demon."

"Look like I'm not the only one who's a history buff," I said. "I think I've found my match."
