Today, the day I have been waiting for is finally here and I couldn't be more excited. I have been counting down the days till the concert and it is finally here. I am getting together everything I need for the concert and I head downstairs and I leave my house. I get in my car and smile, I can't believe I am finally going to meet them and see them perform live.
I am driving on the freeway and I am trying to think of something to kill time. I hear a song that sounds familiar so I turn up the radio and I hear Why Don't We 8 Letters, I reach over and turn it up so more. I start singing along getting more in my mood for the concert. The song ends so I plug in my phone and play Why Don't We on shuffle, Come To Brazil is playing and I remember that they are singing this and Unbelievable tonight at the concert which makes me even more excited. I pull over at a rest stop to stretch and use the bathroom
Walking into the store I see so many wonderful things, I walk over and see a beautiful tribal Indian doll, I walk off and see a small typewriter and I grab one that says 'Hello Beautiful'. I walk around some more and find a mermaid keychain, setting them down on the shelf by the bathroom I go inside and head to a stall. I head back out and grab what I am going to buy and walk to the register. I place it down on the counter and the cashier rings it up, "$4.95 please." She says as I hand her a five and then she hands me back my change. "Have a nice day." "Thank you, you too." I say before I walk out the door. I get in my car and start driving again. Now Cold In L.A. is playing, I turn it up getting even more and more excited the closer I get. There is only an hour till I get there and I am even more nervous.
*** 1 Hour Later ***
Finally I reached Paso Robles and I am at the fair. I park my car and grab my purse and the gift bag for the boys. Locking up my car I start walking towards the main gate, I reach the ticket booth and check that my ticket is correct for the meet and greet. "Hello." I say handing the person in the booth my M&G paper. "Okay, you will use this when you get into the arena, they will scan it and you can then get in." "Thank you." I say grabbing my paper and sticking it back in my purse. I hand the person my ticket to be scanned and then I go through the metal detector. I grab my things on the other side and walk out into the fair. The fair is way bigger than I imagined and it is amazing. I decide that I shouldn't ride anything and wait in line because it will take a while, so I walk around the fair and look at the exhibits before 3.
Looking around at all the people I see a couple walking towards me. He is wearing banana shorts and a banana shirt. She is holding hands with him and looking totally happy. I look up at who they are and I realize it is Jonah and Tate. "Jonah?" Oh my god! Can I get your picture?" I ask pulling out my phone. "Sure love." Tate takes our picture and hands me back my phone. "Bye guys, have fun. See you later Jonah." I say smiling before I walk off. I look down at my phone to see the picture of me and Jonah. I set it as my background and then I tweet the picture saying: Ran into @jonahmarais at the fair. Love you ❤!! I send the tweet and keep walking to the meet and greet line.
Getting to the meet and greet line I only see a few people standing there waiting, I take out my phone and I see a tweet from Jonah: @jack_wdwbabe so nice to meet you love ❤. I tweeted back: 🥰❤. I close my phone and look around me to see who is here, I see a guy and a girl standing across from me. I smile and walk over, "Hi, sorry, I saw your Why Don't We shirt and I just wanted to say I love it." "Thank you, I like yours too." "Thanks, so what's your guys names?" I ask smiling. "I am Scarlet and this is Matt. What's your name?" "Nice to meet you, I'm Emma. What meet and greet package do you have?" "Same as you two, tried to get limelight but that didn't work out this time. Seeing the boys and hugging them today is enough to make me happy." "That's awesome." Scarlet says smiling. I look over and see a fan standing there with what I believe is pins. "I will be back." I say walking over to her. "Hello. I wanted to see what you're selling." "Hi, i'm selling pins, would you like some?" "Yes, please." I say as she opens her box holding them. "Which ones would you like?" "I will take all the Come To Brazil ones and the heart symbol." "You got it, that will be $10 for all 7." I take out a 10, "Thank you so much, would you mind putting them on for me?" "Of course." She says setting down her box. I hand them to her and she puts them all on. "Thank you so much. Have fun." "Thank you, you too."
I walk back over to where I was standing and I hear the music playing from inside the stadium. I take out my phone and open the camera and start recording, no way Eben is doing sound check right now. I am so excited, the song ends and I put my phone away. I look up and I see the boys bodyguard Jon walk out. "Hello, we will be starting the meet and greet soon, I am bringing out chairs with signs so you can stand with your package." We shake our heads understanding and he goes back into the stadium.
*** 5 Minutes Later ***
Jon comes back out with the signs and puts them on chairs. People start lining up and more and more people are slowly showing up. "Okay, I can take all the people who have Limelight, come up to the table and get your meet and greet bracelet. A group of girls walk by me to go to the table. I look at my phone and see that it is 3:30 I put my phone away and I look back up to see the group of girls gone. My nerves have eased and now the excitement has taken over, an hour had passed and a few girls came back out followed by Jon. The 1 pack already went in and now it is time for the 2 pack group. I grab my things and I get in line, I finally reach the lady scanning tickets and my I.D., she types in some numbers and hands me back my I.D. which I put back in my wallet. Standing against the wall Jon shows up again and takes us into the stadium. I glance over at the stage and I see how big it is and how many seats there are. Walking over to the meet and greet line, my excitement grows more because I am about to meet the five guys I love.
