nightmare

*Cheryls POV*

Toni and I are having a sleepover. Weve been friends since kindergarten, and I really cant imagine a life without her, its just, the last few years I felt more than just friends. But Im scared to tell her, because Im afraid that if she doesnt feel the same way about me, it will ruin our friendship, and I really dont want that to happen, so I just keep it for me. we currently laying in bed, watching a movie. I look at Toni and giggle.

What? she asks when she looks at me.

Nothing I say and turn back to the TV. We finish watch our movie and we go to bed. I sleep always first, just like now, after a few minutes, I fall asleep.

*Tonis POV*

Cheryl falls asleep very quickly, but I, as always, cant sleep, so I go to Cheryls closet and grab a book, I read a little until I get a little sleepy. I put the book away and lie down. I instantly fall asleep. I wake up because Cheryls almost screaming. I open my eyes and see Cheryls are closed. I see Cheryl is tossing and turning and sweating. I wake her up and her eyes shoot open. She flies in my arms.

Cheryl, what happened? Talk to me I say as I rub her back lightly and gently.

I-I had a n-nightmare she says crying and still upset.

Its ok, Im here. Where was your nightmare about?

A-about Jason she says and tears rolled over her face.

I pull back from the hug and cup her cheeks, I wipe her tears away with my thumb.

Its ok, it was just a dream I say reassure her. I put her back into the hug and hold her tight. I never want to let her go. I have a crush on Cheryl since the day I met her, but Cheryl, I dont know. Im sure she doesnt feel the same way about me, I love her, and Im sure she loves someone else. Shes so pretty, she deserves way better than someone like me.

Toni?

Yes? I say looking her into the eyes.

Just when Im done saying that. Cheryl presses her lips against mine. I pull back, look her in the eyes. Then I pull her back in a deeper kiss, I smile a little in the kiss.

What? Cheryl asks laughing.

I justI never thought any of this would ever happen

Me neither. I just couldnt hold it anymore

And Im glad you did it

Toni? Will you be my girlfriend? Cheryl asks. When she says that, I feel my chest getting warm and I smile at her.

yes omg I say and I give her a kiss. we lie back down and I hold her in my arms my girl, in my arms. Finally.
