My life is simple I work at a McDonalds flipping burgers and live in an apartment with a broken stove which doesn't bother me because I don't really like to cook.
My birthday is in a week and Ill probably spend the whole day sitting at home watching netflix all day. I mean its not like I can do much if the only socializing I do is at work and I barely do that. The only person who bothers to talk to me is this girl Mia but I dont consider her a friend.
~~in the morning~~
I wake up to the sound of my grumbling stomach telling me its time to get ready for work. I throw on my uniform, brush my teeth and hop on the bus.
As I get on I swipe my card and sit down with my head phones in my ears. After the 20 minutes of being on the hot, smelly bus its finally my turn to get off.
When I walk in I am greeted by a smiling Mia. She hands me a letter which I throw in my bag to look at later. I wanted to rip open the letter right then and there but I didnt want her to think I cared about it.

I am so excited that people actually read my story!! I was checking my phone all day and when I saw the numbers change from 1 to 2 and from 7 to 8 I was so happy!!
