The next morning, Kacchan and Deku were sitting at the dining table. Deku drinking orange juice, and Kacchan was having yogurt. The two just sat there in silence as they tried to wake themselves up, when Deku finally broke the silence. "So I was thinking, since I assume you don't get to run around as a wolf very often, how about you do it today? We can go to a nice mountain area where there aren't any people and you can just.. run. I don't know if that's really something you would want to do though, it was just an idea-" Then he got cut off by Kacchan. "That would be nice. When, and where are we going?" He said in a deep, sleepy voice. Deku lit up and smiled. "Oh! There's these mountains not very far away from here and people rarely go there because it's not that interesting to a normal person I guess... I think the place is fantastic though! I was thinking we could go there at around lunch time? Or a little earlier perhaps?" He said gleefully. "I'd like that." Kacchan replied, with a very small smile on his face.

When the time finally came, the two teenage boys went to head out to the mountains. They took a fifteen minute train ride there—some of the views while on the train were just amazing. There were trees upon trees and small lakes that were glistening in the sunlight. Kacchan looked at Deku, who was staring at the magnificent sight outside. He smiled and thought to himself 'Maybe this won't be so bad after all...'

When they finally got to their destination, Deku skipped off of the train while Kacchan followed behind him, looking around at the beautiful forest. "Wow! I can't see a single person here!" Exclaimed Deku, spinning around and beaming at the sight of the tall, green trees. "Yeah.." Replied Kacchan, deciding on which way the two boys should go. Suddenly Deku felt Kacchan take his hand and begin to lead Deku through the forest. 'Soft..' Thought Deku, glancing at Kacchan's hand.

Eventually they came upon a breath-taking field of bright green grass and a big oak tree in the middle. Kacchan let go of Deku's hand and began to run—sprint across the field, smelling the fresh air. Then Kacchan leaped in the air, and then gracefully landed on the ground as a beautiful wolf, with glossy, blond fur and bright red eyes, looking directly at Deku. Kacchan started to prance and roll around in the field, leaving his coat slightly green and messy. He ran through the grass and stopped and glared at any bug he saw, sneezing when he got too close to the ground and got a bit of grass up his nose. He did this for at least an hour or two. Then he looked back up at Deku, who was sitting underneath the oak tree, asleep.

Kacchan trotted up to him and gave him a little nudge. Deku grumbled, and slowly began to wake up, seeing the blond wolf in front of him. "Wow... Could I.. Could I touch your fur?" He asked hesitantly. Kacchan nodded to say yes. Deku then began to run his fingers through his grass-stained fur in awe. Suddenly Kacchan began to lick Deku's face, Deku was giggling and rolling around underneath the tree. After a minute, Kacchan stopped and shook his head about for a second to reveal his human self, beaming with joy, and also hovering over Deku's face. "K-Kacchan you're... Smiling? And you have dimples?" Said the green-haired boy, gazing at Kacchan's cheeks. "Yeah, and what about it?" Kacchan replied jokingly. "I think it's cute!" Exclaimed Deku. After that sentence, Deku immediately covered his mouth in horror, preparing to get yelled at by the blond headed boy- but instead, Kacchan just giggled and smiled even more, replying with a simple "Thanks.".

The two of them sat up, and looked at eachother, when suddenly Kacchan embraced Deku in a warm hug. Deku was startled at first, but then he quickly hugged back as tight as he possibly could. As the two pulled apart, Kacchan saw that Deku was bright red, though, it seemed he didn't notice, so Kacchan didn't say anything as he didn't want to embarrass the broccoli boy.

Deku and Kacchan layed on the grass for ages, just looking at the clouds that were slowly moving across the sky and occasionally changing colours, when Kacchan took Deku's hand. "I'm sorry... for everything." Kacchan said, making deep eye contact with Deku. The two boys' faces were very close together now, "Thank you..." Replied Deku, tears of joy beginning to well up in his eyes, He wiped them away before they got the chance to slip down his face. Kacchan could hear Deku's unsteady and shaky breath. The two gazed into eachother's eyes, still holding hands. It looked as if they were going to kis—Kacchan then got up and motioned for Deku to follow him back to the train station, as it was getting dark. Deku got up too and followed behind the taller boy, with a look of slight disappointment on his face as he supposed he wanted something more than just deep eye contact and a hug, though, Deku wasn't really sure what he wanted from Kacchan, so he ignored this thought and bounced along beside Kacchan as they walked back to the train station.

When they got back to Deku's house, it was around 11pm, which was a while after Kacchan's desired bedtime, but seeing the current circumstances, he didn't really care too much.

They were both absolutely exhausted to the point where they nearly fell asleep at the dining table when they were trying to have a quick meal before bed. When the time came, Kacchan and Deku agreed that Kacchan was allowed to sleep in the same bed as Deku, just stay on their own sides. Or at least that's what they wanted to do. As they were asleep, the two ended up cuddled together, embracing eachother in their arms, legs tangled together, fast asleep.
