Chapter 1

(Maddison's POV)

"Joshie! Pass the remote!"

"It's Josh! How many times have I told you to never call me that!" He yells from the kitchen before throwing it over the couch, I turn around and stick my lower lip out at him,

"You look like a dog." He chuckled before jogging over to the living room and plops down on the couch next to me,

"A cute dog." I say

"Suuuuure." He replies and I Puch him in the arm and he fakes hurt before chuckling,

"I hate you" I say

"We both know that's not true." He says as he hugs me from the side, I smack his arms and move away,

"Yeah whatever, anyway-"

"So I just unpacked the last box" he says cutting me off
"We've finally moved in!" I yell, literally throwing myself at him,

"Yay!" He yells

"We need to celebrate!"

"Moving in?"

"No idiot! We just graduated from high school!"

"Oh yeah, worst three years of my life"

"Mhm, now where...?"

"Do you have your ID?" He says with a mischievous smirk on his face, im scared,

"Err, which one?"

"How else are we gonna get into club neon when we're not 21?" He askes me with a 'duh' look on his face, as if it's normal for two teenagers to use fake IDs to get into a night club, but... I have mine though...

"Oh, always," I say before pulling out a card, it has my name, picture and other stuff any normal ID would have only that it says that I'm twenty two,

"Great, we'll leave at nine thirty?"
He says in a questioning manner

"Yah."

"Josh!" I yell as I bang into the door of his room, he's been in there for an hour and it's already nine fifteen,

"What!?" He yells back on the other side of the door.

"Get the hell outta there!"

"No!"

"Why not!?"

"Cause I'm not fucking ready!"

"Could you hurry up?"

"Go watch Barney or something! I'll be out in a minute."

"Whatever." I say before walking over to the couch and slumping in it, I kick off my heels and grab the remote,

Should I actually watch Barney?

No... Right?

"I don't hear the dinosaur!" I hear Josh yell and realize he was serious, I turn it on as soon as I see the big purple T- rex I feel like my head's about to explode so I quickly change it to literally anything else, and it had to be the global news, well its better than Barney, everything is, I try to watch the news and the reporter seems to be talking about some young billionaire celeb, Chase Blakeley, seems hot,

"Done oogling Brake Chasely?" Josh says as he emerges from his room, his black curly hair is in a quiff, and he's wearing a red plaid shirt and a pair of black jeans, Josh has always been very attractive, he actually used to be my crush before I found out he was gay, we've been best friends ever since,

"Chase Blakeley, and I was not oogling him." I reply,

"Yeah right"

"What he's hot." I say, he looks at the screen and smirks back at me, I know what he's about to do,

"I call dibs!" I yell just as he opens his mouth.

"No fair!" He whines

"Go suck a dick."

"Oh I will."

"Gross!" I gag and he chuckles before signalling me to stand up so he could see me, I roll my eyes and stand, twirling then he signals to, I'm wearing a black sparkly dress with sleeves that just a little below my thigh, it hugs my figure perfectly, fitting in the areas needed and loose where not, I had a pair of black heels on, my hair was up in a tight bun and my make up was done perfectly.

"Damn. If I weren't gay, I would be all over you." Josh says

"Stop it." I say waving him off

"Alright, let's go." He says as he grabs his keys and walks me out if the apartment.
