25. The Breakdown

Oh my God ! it's 25th chapter of "LHLS"💃.Thank you so much guys ,  I 💓 you all.

Extremely Sry for making you all wait. Actually, my mood wasn't good to write an intense chapter.

Neil's Pov

"Did I do wrong with her? " is the only thing that rang in my mind like a bell. I really don't know why ,my heart is now feeling something different after watching her like this " all vulnerable and devastated ".

But I wanted only this right?

I wanted to see her breaking .I wanted see her shattering like a piece of glass. when finally she is broken then,why her pain is pricking my heart. Why her agony is making my body weak.

"She didn't doubted me, after all what I did with her ? Like how? How could someone be so innocent? " My heart fluttered as I glanced at avni who's fragile body is attached to mine like a two opposite magnets.

"Is she really an innocent girl or she is just acting infront of me like this?"

I got out of my thoughts as soon as I heard Avni's soft shaking voice. I slightly gazed my eyes down to see her.

"Such a cute height difference me & avni have" I thought and the next second, I rolled my eyes realising what I was thinking in such a serious situation.

But, shrugging all those thoughts away, what caught my eyes is her state. In this state also she is looking ravishing . I remember ,when I saw her pic in what's app she was cute in that messy look too. Indeed she is beautiful in all sense. Right now, I may sound like a sadist but Her shaky feary voice is soothing to my ears. It's like a music and at this same time I could feel butterflies running over my stomach realising our close proximity.

"F*k Neil stop! she is your enemy . You can't drool over her. " My mind chided.

"Neil.. Do something. Fastly. Please."
She was sobbing like a child , making my shirt go all wet with her uncontrollable tears. Her soft hands wrapped around my waist tightly, her head rested on my bulk chest. It really felt so good , feeling her warmth. Literally ,This second my hands itched  to embrace her small petite body in my arms. My heart is saying to console her. But my brain. It's saying to not to melt for all this.

I stood like a statue ,starring the girl who's is hugging me like I'm her safest place. Her lips were trembling, to speak as well as mine but I didn't dared to talk anything .

"Neil.. Why are y..ou here? Please... go and say to them that's was just a heat of mom..ent and plea..se find that "Bloody moron" who did all this. " she says, her words cracked.

Wait what? She is saying that, I'm
" bloody moron?" Stop it Neil! she doesn't know you did that thing. So it's obvious she will curse that person. Sry me!

"But what if she is doing all acting, just to divert me ? " My brain said  adding fuel to the angry burning heart.

My face again turned serious from softness. My muscles tensed, as my eyes again blazed red with anger while remembering her deed.

"She pranked me ,she broke my trust when I thought she is different from others.. But.. She too turned as a cheater, who betrayed me by breaking heart. For that I won't forgive her. She needs to learn lesson and now I think my part has done "

Thinking that, I tugged my hands into her shoulders jerking her off  away from me in a bit harsh way.
