Chapter Four

Mitch POV

I'm just staring at her, Colleen, then the woman walking us in takes me out of my fixation, "before you leave I need to talk to you Mr. Clark, once we finalize a few details you will be ready to leave to your destination, your friends are welcome to leave now" I nod not knowing what to do, I started to follow her to the office when my friend tapped my back " call me, let me know you're alright", then he left after he stared and smiled at Colleen and walked out the back doors, I carried on walking away from Colleen.

Cole's POV

I kept thinking he didn't speak to me, was it a mistake? I look at Georgina, "OK, ring me if you need anything" she hugs me "bye"

Georgina leaves, I guess I should wait and see.

Mitch POV

I was in an office with this annoying woman, trying to explain myself "please can I just pay, and leave it like that?" "No, it doesn't work like that, you need to pick the package and take Miss. Andrews with you, that was all part of the True Love Auction experience?" I started to walk around the office pacing, "I will pay for that to, but I don't have to go?"

The woman didn't look pleased with me "That girl is waiting outside, are you going to tell her that you have paid but this was all a mistake and not go?" I looked out of the door, Colleen was sitting waiting nervously, I felt something in my chest, I didn't think of that? "I don't even know her?" I say it out loud more for myself, I take a deep breath, "but I knew what I was doing"

"Great, now just pick the place and you will be whisked there this evening?" there was a few bundles stacked on the desk, I glanced over them, wondering what I got myself into. "This is the popular one, Paris it's really romantic" that would be my last choice its where Ali wanted me to take her and I never got chance too, maybe never? "I'm not looking for romantic? What else is there?" The woman looks at me if I have three heads, I know I bid on a love auction, I seen the last package, "what's that one there?" "this is the isle of Skye in Scotland package, you would stay in the lodge at Portree and one of the attractions is swimming in the fairy pools" Swimming, the auctioneer did mention that Colleen liked swimming, sounds perfect "I will take it"

"It's over eleven hours' travel, you will reach there sometime in the morning?" Doesn't sound bad "fine I can catch up on work in the car, you have all my details, Mr. Stone sorted that out earlier, if the driver could take me to my hotel to collect a few things before we leave" "of course" the woman think her name tag said Glenda started to collect a few items while I rang Blake, he takes his time to answer, "can you get a few things together, clothes and my laptop, I will be driven there soon" "you're going away" "yeah see you soon" I followed the woman out of the office and stood in front of Colleen.

Cole POV

Glenda and Mitch are standing in front me, Mitch holds his hand out, "hi, my name is Mitch Clark, I thought I would introduce myself properly" I shook his hand " pleasure to meet you, "I'm Colleen Andrews, but friends call me Cole" he smiled "Cole? Well we will be leaving now, it's a long car ride to Scotland" I was confused "Scotland?"

he didn't look pleased "Yes, is that a problem?" I nodded "no?" "Let's go? I need to pick up a few things" he walked out through the backdoor's, where the chauffeur was waiting.

"Mr. Clark, my name is Jimmy I will be driven you and Miss Andrews this evening" Mitch looked at him "great, could you drive to the Goring hotel first" "of course" Jimmy opened the back door of the car for me, Mitch walked around to the passenger seat and sat in there, I was wondering if he plans on staying in the front of the car all the way to Scotland, not that it mattered but I couldn't help feel that he made a mistake. Jimmy placed my bag in the boot.
