This happens to me all the time.
I made this one myself on an app called Meme Creator.
The reason we get blinded by our phones when we use them in the dark is because when we're in the dark, our pupils get larger to take in more light. When we turn on a light source, the pupil needs time to get smaller, which is why we get used to the light.
Oof why did I bring science into this.
