Chapter Nine

Mitch POV

"Are you challenging me" the little minx ran off before I kissed her again, I look up at her standing at the top of the stairs looking down on at me, "whatever gave you that idea"
I ran up the stairs, while she ran to her room with me following her, Cole was one side of the bed and I was on the other, she crawled on the bed getting near to me.

"Permission to approaching the enemy sir" in her fake American accent, it was cute, she was on her knees in front of me looking up, she was so small and Petit especially against my height, Cole was not my type or if you went with my previous women, she was the opposite by height and she has dark hair and eyes, but what a beauty, she has me hypnotist.

I caught her lips, kissing her passionately, "I could do this all day, but we need to change, Jimmy will be collecting us soon" "your right" she huffed, I kissed her again, then she pushed me off her.

"I'm going for a shower" "Is that an invitation" I wiggled my eyebrows, she started to blush, like she was trying to answer me, I wouldn't push her into anything, I have too much respect for her "maybe next time" I winked, I would give her all the time in the world, I walked past her, before leaving to go in my room and have a very cold shower I whispered into her ear, "you’re thinking about it, aren't you?"
and left.

Cole's POV

I was? I kept telling myself, I walked away smiling, ready for my shower.
After I finished I looked through my case and took out a pair of skinny jeans and a black blouse it was pretty but it was virtually backless, no time to think just put it on, we are running out of time.

I put my high heels on as it looked better and made it more going out outfit, I left my hair lose a mound of curls down my back might cover some of my back I thought, make up done ready for a night out with Mitch, would this class as a date? not sure?

I went downstairs, Mitch was in the kitchen talking on his phone. I opened the front door to see Jimmy waiting "good evening Jimmy" "hi Cole"

Mitch walked behind me, he lightly pressed his hand on my back and kept it there.

"sorry for the wait Jimmy, we're ready now"

Jimmy opened the back door of the car, I was about to leave when Mitch whispered in my ear "I love your top" Mitch sounded husky giving me goosebumps,
he took my hand in his during our car journey.
Jimmy pulled outside a pub. He opened the door, "It doesn't look much but the food is fantastic" "It looks great Jimmy" I smiled at Mitch, I'm with him and I feel great, he smiles back.

The pub was full when we went in, Mitch walked to the bar and spoke to the boy serving, "hi, we have a booking here tonight" "what's the name?" "It was Jimmy who helped me"

"Jimmy, no problem follow me, I'm Jack by the way, you must be Mitch" he smiled, he seemed a happy person, you probably need to be in the catering trade, "yes".

Jack came from the bar, and walked to one of the tables in the back, he moved to the side for Mitch and I to sit.

"You must be the pretty Cole" "just Cole" he places his hand out for me to shake I do shake it but I look awkward, " nice to meet you" Mitch didn't look happy, "thanks Jack"
"Don't worry I can see she's yours, back to business the menus are on the table, would you like any drinks?" "If we can have a bottle of your best wine also a vodka and Coke" "Coming up"

"It's a nice friendly inn" he looked at me, his eyes were dark, "too friendly" was he jealous, I could only hope "he did say I was yours?" "he did, and it's true" he placed his hands out holding them "I like the sound of that" "be careful, I might just ask for a room" he was being playful again I smiled.
After our meal, me and Mitch walked back to the front of the pub and sat with locals, I loved my evening, Mitch was relaxed he kept touching my back making me have shivers down my spine, I couldn't get enough of his touch. Jimmy collected us at closing time and took us home.
