MLFA Chapter 11

Chapter Eleven

Mitch POV

I was standing outside the front door of Cole's apartment, she opened her door, I grab her into a hug, I couldn't wait to do that since I left her this morning, "what was that for?", I looked into to her big brown eyes,"I told you I missed you?"

I could see, she was struggling to step back from me, "I need to get my bag, then we can leave?"

She walked into her kitchen, I was following her, she looked me up and down, noticing I had changed into jeans, T-shirt and my leather jacket, she didn't say anything so I couldn't resist "like what you see"

She quickly snapped her head facing me and blushed, she started to stutter "I... noticed you changed which is great because"

"I thought you liked the suit?" I thought how cute she was saying that I looked hot in a suit, she tried to sound confident but she is too sweet.
"I did, but leather goes with the badass image" I couldn't believe she said her badass boyfriend earlier, I knew she said it mistakenly but I like it especially even after my jealousy, I can't help worrying that Darius will out right ask her on a date and she will go, you can't have this fascinating with someone and it just goes.

"Really?" "yes, but what I was going to say, after lunch would you like that tour that you mentioned in Portree?" "I was going to ask you the same thing" "great minds think alike" "they do, they also kiss each other"
I was closing in on her, cornering in her small kitchen, "this is unfair, this place is small and no nowhere to move in here, especially how big you are?"

"You hurt me? Are you denying me to kiss you or am I too big for you" she was blushing again, "I need to keep you on your toes, I can't let you get what you want all the time?"

"That sounds like a challenge to me" I started to tickle her, making her giggle, then we stared at each other and she was in my arms, I was kissing her. I can't believe how easy it is being myself around Cole, I was never as playful with Ali, I haven't thought of her since I have been with Cole, which was strange?

I was too caught up in kissing Cole, she slipped past me and grabbed her bag, "shall we go?" I wasn't ready to let her go yet? "that was sneaky?" "come on" she was smiling
She was pulling me along with her making her way through the apartment, when I see the red dress she wore on the auction night lying on the settee.

"My favorite red dress?" she nods "It’s a beautiful dress" "It was made for you?"
She is scowling at me "I think you've gone too far? It will suit the person after me and the one after that" she had it wrong "not true? It's not yours?" Where did this dress come from?

" No, Georgina arranged my dress and the clothes I took away, she was the one that convinced me to do the auction in the first place, I was drunk when I said yes?"

"Why would she do that? And why not enter herself?" I'm unsure of her friend, "she thought she was helping me, because I'm not experienced and wanted me to get a chance with Darius, she even convinced him to go? She also believed he would bid"

I was even more suspicious about Georgina, was it all to help her friend and Darius went along with it or did they plan this together, but I didn't say anything not to upset Cole.
"Are you ok?" I nodded, "he would have been mad not too?" she's too good for him "yes? I'm glad I won" he's not getting his grubby hands on her.

"Me too, I had the best time ever, it was down to you" she had the biggest smile, it made me feel something, I cleared my throat "I needed the break and I feel the best I have ever felt" I pull her into a kiss.

Cole's phone made a noise, she pulls away from me to look at her phone, "It's Georgina, she says yes for tonight?"

"Good, I get to spend this evening with you too" Cole shakes her head, "and friends" "yes them too"

Cole's POV

I took Mitch on the tube, we ended up in Harvey Nichols for lunch, then we were walking around the shops, holding hands. It was a lovely afternoon I thought, but we had to go back and change ready for our evening. Mitch had called a car to pick us up and take me back to the apartment.

"Why don't you pick up a bag with what you want to wear tonight and maybe your PJ's and we will drive back to the hotel and we can both change and leave together, take Blake with us and pick up Georgina on the way?"

I love spending time with Mitch but I have never had someone so close to me not for a while and that was family, I never had a boyfriend and I'm frightened, if this was a dream and I will wake up or some big joke?
"I'm not sure, shouldn't we take a break tonight, otherwise we will get too attached" I didn't mean to sound hard, "I don't want to be away from you, but if you want the space? Then I don't mind" was he pouting?

"No it's not that?" "then what is it? Do you not want to be with me?" "Of course not, I'm frightened?" I look away not wanting to sound weak, which is what I am? I turn to see Mitch looking angry and upset.
"Frightened of what? I would never push you and you can tell me if things are too much for you" he was holding my hands gently and seem to calm down.

"It's not that, I can't wait for when you feel I'm ready, I want to us to go another level trust me, I'm frightened of me getting too attached to you, and you would break my heart" I know I shouldn't have said it but I wanted to tell him the truth? What surprised me, he started to kiss me.

"Silly girl, that's not going to happen? I want to spend time with you and I will feel better if you're with me?" "are you sure?" "yes Cole, you're all I can think about now?"

The car stopped outside my apartment, I stopped Mitch from opening the door with my hand, "well since you're a businessman, would you be interested in a proposal" he started to kiss my neck mumbling "with you yes?"

He was annoying me, "concentrate Mr. Clark, I'm disappointed the way you conduct yourself when there's a business deal about to be explained to you" I say with the best posh accent and a straight face

Mitch sat up and threw himself in the other side of the back seat and straightening himself up. "Okay, can I help myself when there's a sexy vixen by the side of me. You want the business side of me then that's what you'll get? Tell me your proposal please"

"I will stay with you tonight on one condition?" "name it?" I took a deep breath, "I don't want to wait anymore? If you give me my first time tonight, then I would love to stay"
"You can't make that of all things, into an obligation for you to stay with me, it has to come naturally, I want to more than anything and it's getting harder for me to be the gentleman here" I nodded maybe I'm being unfair but I want Mitch and I can't help but feel I have a limited time with him?

"I will get my things" "so you will stay?" before I left the car I turned around and looked at Mitch "yes but next week this can't happen, I need to get back into my routine for work?" "we will see?" Mitch's hands kept touching me, he wanted to pull me back into the car and I kept hitting them off me "no, we both need to focus especially you?"
"yes Mam"

"I'm not going to be long" I walked to my apartment, once I was inside, I grabbed my sports bag and threw a few things in the bag, an outfit for tonight, a nice dress at least I could test Mitch to see how long he can keep his honorable decision up.
Maybe he was right that we should wait, but I wanted to be a proper couple, to know what it was like, after all conversations that I endured with Georgina all the one night stands and how good or not so good they were? Yes, I was on a mission tonight to break Mitch to give me what I wanted.

I made sure I had the sexy lingerie, sexy night wear, the black dress that Georgina hired, I will borrow it one more night and try to explain to Georgina my plan, then all my makeup, heels and three days’ worth of clothes in case it will take longer.  I was ready, next time I come back to my apartment I will not be a virgin, Mitch will not know what will hit him.
