Chapter Twelve

Cole's POV

I was getting ready, Mitch had been on the phone the entire time, he seemed to be in a bad mood, he then mumbled something and went for a shower, he didn't even look at me, I wasn't sure what upset him so much, I carried on doing my hair and makeup, I had one look in the full mirror by the dressing table and seen my phone flashing, I picked it up to notice it was Georgina.

"Hi" "hi Hoe, I'm here waiting"

"I'm ready, just waiting for Mitch, shouldn't be long?" "that's ok, I thought I should warn you, Darius has turned up with Freddy for there after work drinks?"

Mitch walks out dressed in different jeans and T-shirt still looking very hot, he looked at me and then smiled.

"Cole? Are you there..." "yes, why are you telling me this?" "well Cole before Portree you would have been wanting to run here just to be in the same room as him?"

I rolled my eyes "that's exaggerating?" I knew she was right, but I was embarrassed to agree. "you know I'm right, just get here so I'm not on my own?" "okay, bye" I put my phone down

"Is everything alright?" he was asking me what about him earlier, "I could say the same thing" I was slightly irritated with him, he was obviously not happy with his phone conversation earlier, why was he smiling now and asking me about the small banter that I had with Georgina?

"Mine was a shock but I have had time to cool off?" I wasn't sure to ask what the shock was and went quiet, Mitch walked up to me and kissed my cheek.

"You look beautiful, I like this dress?" "I know that's why I chose it?" I pulled away and winked at him playfully.

"Are we ready to go?" "how do I get the feeling I'm getting played?" I was smiling I wanted to enjoy tonight, if Mitch wanted to talk about the phone call then it's best to let him bring it up. "Whatever gave you that idea?" "what am I going to do with you tonight" "I can think of a few things"

I walked to the front door with Mitch behind me, "what did I say previously, or have you forgotten" "no I haven't forgotten"

"Naughty girl, let's get Blake before I change my mind and we stay here all night" I tut "promises, Promises"

Blake was waiting for us in the hall, "eventually?" "we're here now?"

"Yes, and hello beautiful my name is Blake Stone" Blake holds his hand out for me, I shake his hand and smile. "Nice meeting you Mr. Stone, I'm Cole Andrews"

"Call me Blake, but it does sound hot when you call me Mr. Stone" Mitch looked annoyed, "stop flirting, shall we go". We all made our way to the car.

"What do you say we ditch this slave driver and you run away with me, we could have a good time" Blake winks at me, "that sounds tempting, but I have grown attached to him and I'm going to have to turn you down"

"Don't encourage him, he might get the wrong idea and think you like him?" I sit with Mitch in the back of the car while Blake sits in the front and turns to face us in the back, he places his hand on his heart "ouch?" I laughed, I liked Blake, I can see why they were friends.

We arrived at the Mayflower's pub, we walked through the sixteenth century pub, to see Georgina at the bar.

I walk straight up to her and hug her. "Wow Cole, you look good" "and you, as always?" I smiled, Georgina was dressed in her work clothes, skirt and blouse but even for work she looks glamorous.

"Don't get like that, you know that you're the only chick on my list" I realized that Mitch and Blake were behind me, Mitch had a confused face while Blake was smirking.
