Hey so This book is basically a list of fears not necessarily fears that I have but just fears that exist. In every chapter its gonna have a little comment or something, what the fear is, and what its called.
This isnt a story but I think its interesting.
Like here the fear of fear is
Phobophobia
Yeah you can acctually be afraid of being afraid.
I find it interesting what fears there are because if theres a name for a fear then that means enough people acctually had that fear that they had tp make a word for it.
Phobia essentially means 'the fear of' it deprives from the greek word Phobos meaning 'fear' in Greek Myths Ares the god of war had 2 twin sons Phobos and Diamos the gods of fear.
