Richard Callahan walked up to the podium in his 10th grade english class. He had quite the reputation for being a respectable speaker. He sat his papers down on the podium, and began his speach.

" Fellow students, as you all know the amount of taxes King John the second has opposed on us has devastated this nation's economy, not only that but he has brutally murdered the town of Gazleberry not 6 miles down the road! So today, I ask you, is King John really the right leader for this country?" Just then, his teacher interupted.

" Richard, this doesn't sound like a speach, it sounds like treason." He gave Richard a stern look. Richard took a deep breath.

" With all do respect sir, I was just simply stating the facts." His teacher looked annoyed.

" That maybe so, but you know you cant talk treason."

" Sir this is not...." Richard started. His teacher raised a hand.

" No Richard, thats enough go sit down."

Richard gathered his papers and sat at his desk.

" How is all that treason it's all true!" Richard stated to his friend Alexander. Alexander shrugged.

" It's not that it's treason, it's just...not good to talk like that." Richard didnt say anything but looked straight ahead. The United States had become a tyrannical country over the past decade, and Richard was determined to change that.

"Well I've had enough tyranny, I want to declare independence!" Alex looked at him in shock.

" Independence, what the hell are you talking about thats a terrible thing to say
