"Don't I have better things to do?"
"HA! like what? playing on your Nintendo Switch for the next 3 hours?"
"You got me there... whatever. What even is this dumbass party anyway?"
This was me arguing with my twin brother Flynn. We're complete opposites. I'm an introverted geek that couldn't give less of a crap about some dumb party. My brother was the cliche popular kid who really is just a dumbass and i'm ashamed to call him my brother. He's been trying to convince me to go to this party with him. While he likes going to parties and getting drunk on weekends, I'd honestly just want to stay home and play video games.
"Why do you need me to go with you?" I ask angrily.
"Uhhhhh..... I could get you with a girl."
Oh now I see where this is going.
"I've been talking with one already."
"Meet new friends."
"Don't I have enough already?"
He looks flustered now as I stare at him slyly.
"You need a designated driver don't you." I roll my eyes.
"Yeah..... you don't mind?"
I didn't understand why my brother couldn't wait a few months until he was 21, although i don't know how it would change him needing a designated driver. Also I didn't understand why he loves alcohol when in my opinion, it tastes like sewage water. And after you were just so wasted, now you're gonna wake up with a wicked hangover.
"As much as I will hate going, I love you Flynn and i want you safe." Because really, I do want my brother safe.

Flynn, the ray of sunshine he is, was now pissy because of the outfit i was wearing, which by the way, is my orange hoodie and jeans.
"Clyde seriously." He pulls the hoodie over my head to reveal my black t shirt with a video game design. He stares and studies it.
"Mehhh I guess that'll get some people to talk to you. Definitely some nerd girl is gonna be there and wanna hook up." I roll my eyes.
"Not my goal dumbass but ok." We head out.
