Scenario : You and Kim Taehyung are childhood best friends, growing up together, and never leaving one another's side for too long. But when Taehyung ends up being casted under Bighit Entertainment, your time with him has been cut down drastically.Now, lucky enough to even have a few minutes to talk to him, you decide enough is enough and that you want to see your best friend again in person after several years of being apart! What better way than to form a surprise visit with the help from their Manager, Sejin, and Bang-nim himself!

"Aish, sorry Y/N-ssi I have to go now, " Taehyung's voice filled with sadness as he suddenly announced this. You two had gotten a free moment together and decided to do a phone call, it was nice to hear the other's voice again, but sadly the call was cut too short - like always. "I promise to try to talk to you later tonight after practice. "

"Don't worry about it Tae, some other time okay? " You dismissed his offer gently. It wasn't like you didn't want to talk to him, you did, you love every minute you get the chance to talk to him. You just didn't want him to stress over something so small and keep him awake longer than necessary. You knew how busy his schedule was, he barely got enough rest as it was. You didn't want to steal any hours of resting time from him.

"Y/N-ssi....," Taehyung's voice sounded so weak and wounded, it seemed as if he was about to start crying any moment, and knowing him he probably was. Especially if he was in one of his vulnerable emotional states. "I'm so sorry Y/N-ssi. It seems as if we can never talk anymore... "

"Yah, don't you start crying on me now Taehyung, I know that you're super busy most of the time. Even if we can't talk as much as we used to, at least we have these short moments of conversation. It's okay really, don't stress yourself or feel guilty over this okay? I understand, really, I do. I'm just glad you haven't forgotten about me over these years. "

"I could never forget about you Noona, I love you."

At that, you felt your cheeks heat up slightly as your heart fluttered in your chest. You knew he only meant it in an affectionate, friendly way, but still, hearing those words coming from him made you feel things.

"I love you too Tae, " You replied softly, a soft smile playing on your lips. "And what did I tell you about calling me Noona?! I'm not that much older than you!"

"But you're still older, " Taehyung laughed softly before he made a small sound as you heard a faint voice in the background on his end yelling out his name. "I really have to go..."

"Okay, I'll let them have you then. I don't want them to get angry at you for not going to them. Don't push yourself too hard okay? I love you, I'll talk to again. "

"Yeah, you will. Love you too, annyeong."

With that the call ended and you let out a small breath through your nose, placing your phone down on your bed as you buried your face into the covers.

You hated this.

You hated the fact that you couldn't hang out with your best friend anymore, you haven't seen him in seven years for goodness sake! You only ever see him online or on the television, you couldn't remember the last time you actually had seen him face to face.

Probably before he got casted by Bighit.

You let out a groan as you rolled over onto your back, staring up at your ceiling with a frown on your face.

Seven years has been far too long, you're sick of it, you wouldn't go through this any longer. You NEED to see Taehyung in person, and you'll do anything to do it.
